Hey all, just wondering who will adopt me as a watcher. And if someone can explain to me how you come to be a watcher and what does it do?

I'd love to be your watcher.
We became watchers because we applied to it when watchers were needed. And now we take on watchées(one watcher per wacthée) who wants help, and we guide them, answers questions, chat over PM, all to make our watchées feel welcome, until they're ready to be without us(you can still PM us and other members for help, but you've technically "graduated").
