*on Bay*Season 8 - Time Of Your Life Buffy

Hey Guys

This is my newest custom. Buffy from Season 8- Issue16 'Time of your Life'

I loved the pose and the overall look and impression of Buffy so i thought it would make a great figure.

Based on this image:

I used a Electra figure, which provided perfect cartoony proportions and a Primeval Buffy head.

I sculpted her dress and hair and smoothed out her arms.

The wonderful base was made and painted by iamamiwhoami

Id love to know what you think- she will be on eBay in the next few hours

I would love to see her from another angle, so I could see more of her face. Is this the pose from the Time of your life lithograph? I can't remember it from issue 16. In that case, great pose, she looks just like on the litho. I would prefer a more SMG like version, but you succeded in capturing the spirit of the comic version, even her facial expression. The hair looks a bit chunky tough, compared to the litho, which looks as if the wind has caught it (I can't express it better).

I suppose I don't have to mention the crack. Pretty visible.

Yeh i couldnt find the original image. i saw a small version online, any idea where i could find that?

It is a buffy head, so the likeness is there but I think the dark lipstick throws it all off lol

The hair, i opted for a less blowy version as it would get easily damaged in the mail. Flowing bits of sculpey become VERY fragile in the post.

And the 'crack' was part of the original figure. i didnt think it needed modifying as its not as visible in person

I checked out msbigs site to compare, she had a picture of the litho there. I think we have a better one on slayalive somewhere, but I couldn't find it.

Btw, any chance you could wait with payment until the 15th September in case I win the auction?
