I think you meant "Book". Unless I've been needing to clean my ears out for a long while. LOL.

Wash obviously. Not only was he a bigger character then Book, his death was so surprising. He was such a loved character. And Zoe's reaction is very sad.
Book's was awful too. He had a painful death, whereas Wash's was almost instant. I wish Book would have been in the movie more. His last scene with Mal was heartbreaking.

I cry almost every time when Wash dies I wish Book was in the movie more. it would have been interesting to find out why he knew so much about the Alliance.

I feel bad for Book since no one voted for him, but I voted for Wash anyway. His death, like Tara's still makes me jump every time I see it, even though I know it's coming. It's just that unexpected.

I am so sorry I put Booth I was watching bones while I made this. Is there anyway to change it?

I chose Wash. It definitely was the saddest one for me.
I don't think there is a way to edit the poll. Once you post the poll I think that's the way it has to stay.

Definitely Wash. It was so unexpected and heart breaking. I kind of expected Book to die before I saw the film, but certainly not Wash. Very tragic.

I FINALLY got my aunt to watch this last night, and she went nutz when Wash died. She loves Alan Tudyk. She loves a lot of actors and actresses.

Wash's death was worse cause we actually saw it happen.

I think Wash's dealt was saddest too just because we got to know him more. Book had soooooo much back story that we never knew and I think because of that no one really connected to him like they did with Wash.

I voted Wash's death. It was unexpected, and I still have a hard time not crying when I see it.

Neither really left me sad. But I voted for Wash because I actually liked the character. Also, I saw his death coming, so I wasn't surprised either -- I had been changing channels way before I had even watched Firefly, and came upon Serenity, yes, right in that scene where he dies. I was only surprised later when I finished watching the series, that Joss would kill his character.
Btw, buffysmglover, your SMG signature/avatar looks really nice. Sarah's so good to look at.

I wasn't surprised Book died, they always kill the black folk off first. I felt Wash's death was like Anya's. Zoe and Xander didn't have time to grieve. Plus, Zoe wanted to have a baby, his baby. At least Wash didn't suffer.

I LOVED Zoe's reaction to Wash's death. I thought it was totally in character, she isn't just some girl, she's a tough warrior chick. It's probably one of my favorite moments in the entire film: "He ain't comin'" as she keeps loading her gun, how she doesn't react to the gernade explosive... AH! I love it, breaks my heart.

Wash's death floored me, and I hadn't even seen the complete series when I watched the film.

i did in fact cry a little... not because of Wash's death, but simply because of Zoe's reaction.
