He passed away today. He was not only a legendary actor, but also very active in doing what he believed to be right. Participating in everything from civil rights marches to being the president of the NRA. If nothing else, we need more people who act on what they truly believe to be right. He left a good example and, I think, his passing will be a loss for society.

I must agree that he was a very charismatic actor however I do not support the NRA. The whole"Guns don't kill people,people kill people" line is so incredibly ludicrous in my eyes. Try saying that about pipe bombs! Things are created to cause harm. People should not be free to cause harm to one another. However,I did not know him and I wouldn't say burn in hell. I'm sure he believed that what he was doing was right. He's allowed to have his beliefs just like anyone of us and he was able to put himself in a position of power as President of the NRA.

He was a hammy, overrated actor.
