Angel's change : Becoming Human

Gunn's : Becoming Vamp

Connor's : Getting all memories

Nina : In wolf/human limbo

Illyria : Turning into Fred

Gwen : Not being able to touch again

Lorne : Becoming Lord of Springfield

Spike's : The Lord of Bererly Hills(Co Lord)

Wes' : Coming back as ghost

Dragon's(Cordelia) : Changing sides, and becoming Angel's pet

I think Illyria's situation is the most interesting.

Gwen... she went from badass thief to kind of wimp to badass protector... not a fan of Gwonnor though.
Wes: from wimpy bookworm form england to kind of badass demon hunter to badass in general to wimpy bookworm from england...

Changes I liked:
Illyria/Fred situation
Angel becoming human

Changes I disliked:
Bringing back Wesley (he had his redemption!)
Bringing back Connor, Gwen and Nina (*yawn*)

The rest is ... so-so.
A lot of things that are quite interesting (Angel as human, bringing Illyria in its true form back and so on), but a lot of potential was just underachieved.
