Anyone else watching this? I have to stream them but I'm up to episode 10 and it's surprisingly good so far.
I'm loving the development of some characters; I'm pretty much watching it in hopes that they make Anakin more likable than he was portrayed in the films. George Lucas is aiming for around 5 years of this show and they're already a couple of seasons into making this apparently, and the key figures in the show talk a good game about their intentions for the show. Might be a real gem of a show when it's all said and done.

I am really enjoying it as well. The animation is a joy to watch on TV in HD, I really hope this series gets a Blu-Ray release. While some of the dialogue can get too cheesy, and I hate Anakin's apprentice with a passion (and she really shouldn't exist anyway), it is a very fun show. I have been a Star Wars geek since I was 5 so it is very exciting to have a TV show to look forward to every week (something I thought would never happen, barring the last Clone Wars series, but those were short, 5 minute episodes).

I didn't mind Ahsoka much until episode 9, where she seems to constantly ignore the words of her superior. Then she seems to be a better fighter than the Jedi she's with too. Even that by itself didn't bother me much but then the Jedi actually apologises to Ahsoka at the end which really annoyed me. I wonder how they're going to remove this padawan from the equation... She has to be out of the way in time for Episode III, but can they really kill a major character off? I think it'd be ballsy and awesome if they killed her off like half way through the series' run to put the shits up people. It'd also allow Anakin and Obi Wan to interact more which I really want to see a lot of. My one wish of this show is that they have Ani go back to Tatooine and free the slaves. It always bugs me that the Jedi know about the slavery and yet do nothing, and it'd be a nice touch if Anakin himself fulfilled his childhood belief that the Jedi would come to free them.
