I thought I'd add this because sometimes I think of movies that I watched as a child and I can't remember the name of the film.
So... I'll start.
There is this horror movie where, I think it was done in segments. I just remember two parts. There is this family at their home during the holidays. They have a creature living in the wall that they feed. Or something. Well the daughter and her friend go to sleep and these guys break into the house and murder the family. I especially remember the scene where the daughter and friend getting murdered to be very brutal. Or at least it traumatized me. Later, the creature in the wall breaks out and chases the killers down. It turns out the creature in the wall was the family's deformed son or something. But just as the segment gets all crazy out in the snow the film reel goes loopy and messes up. You see that people are watching the movie in a theatre and Dracula and Frankenstein are there too.
Anyone know what this film is?
Another -
I dont remember much. But I do remember that it had something to do with Loch Ness. These two kids think there is something in the water but in the end it turns out to be a mechanical crane or something covered in algae. It's not the movie Magic In The Water. It's something older. It was pretty creepy in some parts too.
Any help would be appreciated.
If you guys have a synopsis but no title I would love to help out and answer your questions .

That sounds like one crazy, effed up film. ;D Sorry, I have never heard of either though. Do you remember the year (or around the year) that you saw them in? If you can figure that out, and maybe if you saw them on TV and if they were newish or not, that might help you track them down.

That one is definately Now and Then! I LOVE that movie. My family always teases me about it ans says that it is the "girls stand by me"
I have a few.
One is about two girls in the 60's. one is poor and hte other is kinda butch. They are both outcasts and they become eachothers friend. There is someting about winney the pooh too. I can't remember what though. They go camping in the woods and find a treasure but one of the girls almost drowns.
Another one that I saw when I was like 5 and I have been trying to figure out what it was ever sence! It is about a woman who (i think) makes a deal with the devil so that she can have a child or something like that. Turns out that the baby is satans child and she has to do a few tasks before the baby reaches a certain age. The last task is to kill someone. She can't bring herself to kill someone so the movie ends with her throwing herself out of the window.

She can't bring herself to kill someone so the movie ends with her throwing herself out of the window. I think the second one is Rosemary's Baby, but i haven't seen it in so long i can't remember for sure. I don't remember how it ended, or if she jumped out the window. You could be talking about a movie called the People Under the Stairs, by Wes Craven... but i'm not positive about that either, cause some of your description doesn't quite fit with that movie. It does sound like that Simpson's Treehouse of Horror episode where Bart and Lisa find out Bart has a deformed twin brother Hugo that they have locked in the attic and they feed fish heads. I tried to google and see if they had a specific movie listed as the one they were making fun of on The Simpson's and couldn't find it. Anyhow, it sounds like a really good movie, i just can't figure out if it is something i've seen or if it just sounds familiar to me because of the Simpson's episode, lol. I don't remember the Dracula and Frankenstein watching it part, but i tend to draw a blank on the ending of alot of movies i've seen over and over for some weird reason. Also, a movie called The Ghoul springs to mind, but i'm not sure that it's the one you speak of either! My friends and i do this all of the time, we describe the little tiny parts of something we remember vividly from when we were younger, and usually we always figure it out and go back and watch it. But sometimes, you just can't put it together because none of us remember enough about it to describe it. It is frusterating sometimes, but when you finally remember something the feeling is awesome. I love to do this, i just wish i could be more help. Hopefully somebody will know. I'm sure i have several of these, i just can't think of any right at the moment.

Can't help you with the horror film but I think the one with the lake monster that turn out to be a crane is called Frog Dreaming, here's the link www.imdb.com/title/tt0091810/ The film where the woman has the devil's child can't be Rosemary's Baby, it has a famous ending where Rosemary sits down beside the THING that's in the cradle and starts to cuddle it, unable to overcome her maternal desires. It's very ambiguous, is Rosemary giving in to evil or will the devil child be won over to it's human side by her love (the hand that rocks the cradle...)? It reminds me of another film where a woman is forced to give birth to the devil's child and at the end it's being worshipped by the Satanic disciples and starts crying. So instinctively she goes forward to take it in her arms and of course the baby stops crying. So all the satanists look at each other, worried at the subtle shift of power that's just taken place and she grins at them and coos to the baby "That's mommy's good, good boy". It's a rubbish film but I love that final scene

Duh! That's right about Rosemary's Baby. Thank you! I don't know why i have movie ending amnesia with certain things, but at least i'm always surprised all over again when i get to that part, lol. It annoys me though, and my boyfriend makes fun of me all the time for it. We can watch a certain movie one week, and the next week i say " i really liked that movie, but what happened at the end again?" But it doesn't happen with all of them, i don't get it.

Ha ha it is Frog Dreaming. Here is the opening scene www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISSYUSupBuE&feature=PlayList&p=B4D97A6F026AF954&playnext=1&index=9Also the first movie I was thinking of... I'm sure it's not a Simpsons episode and it's not Wes Craven's People Under The Stairs. It was live action. But I have another Australian Film. Hopefully it's not from another scene from Frog Dreaming, lol. At least I think it's Australian... This kid and his parents are in a camper at the beginning and he goes off to explore. The mom is making breakfast and the dad is screwing around with something. The Camper starts to move and roll, eventually falling off a cliff. The boy runs down and tries to peak in the camper but they are dead. It was pretty traumatic to watch as a child.

How about this one... Very old. Black and white. A couple is on a ship and the deck is very foggy. It turns out that they are dead and that they are in a sort of limbo. They realize it when they hear their dog barking. It turns out that the man is dead in his apartment and the dog is barking at his dead body.

Alright, I have another mystery movie: I watched it late at night when I was about 10 years old... lots of claymation. I remember young kids, two boys? and an eye out the back of one's hand or something like that. No, it's not the Angel episode. Freaked me out hardcore. Never been able to find it again. <EDIT> haha, ok I found it, it's called The Gate, and it looks absolutely ridiculous now

I was about to say that that sounds like an early video for Tool but I haven't seen them in so long that I can't remember if one of the little claymation dudes ends up having an eye in the back of his hand. Seems like something crazy you'd see in a Tool vid, though. And the one about the guy living in the wall sounds really familiar to me. Like, I can picture it, just almost. I wanted to say it was an episode of "Masters of Horror", but I just looked at the synopsis for the 1st season and it's not. Also been a while since I saw any of that. I doubt anyone will get this one but here's my movie that I can't remember: This one's old, 70s, and I saw it when I was a kid and it freaked me the hell out. It was about Dracula, or some vampire(s), and they were going around stealing babies in the night? Or eating babies. Something about the blood of a newborn. I don't remember. I'm so vague on it. Seems like there were female vampires also? The mother of one of the babies? Trying to seduce someone. I just remember there was a scene with someone, maybe one of the vamps, being buried in a grave, like, alive. And maybe a castle on a hill. And possibly a dark and stormy night.

I can't be certain it was a movie from the 70s, just that I saw it in the 70s. I was a tiny kid. That would have been 30 years ago, so the memories are vague. They're more like whispers of suggestions of memories by now. lol All I can say is that I think it came out in the 70s, and I saw it at the theater. It would've been late 70s. And if I didn't see it at the theater, it woulda been on, like, HBO. Oh! Unless I snuck into the neighbor's house and saw it on Skinimax, which might make it a porn. LOL This just keeps getting funnier.

Anyone know what the title of this movie is?
A family moves into a castle (I think it was in ittaly). The child of the family keeps seeing a deformed monster in the castle.
I saw this movie a looooong time ago on hbo. I think it had subtitles but I am not positive. All I really remember is hte basic plot and that the freak the boy sees in the castle is naked LOL.
