EPISODE 2 SPOILERS!
Meh, wasn't amazed, just a mediocre filler episode. The entire story was just weak, but there were some great character moments. It also seemed like the writers tried a comedic episode, except for the last 15 minutes or so, and it just didn't work well.
I'm interested in finding out more about Riley, she seems like a fun witty character. I hope they don't ignore that Cheri girl from Season 1, cause what would be the point? Glad that Sarah's cancer was brought up again, I hope they really get into it. And I guess that resistence fighter left them a bunch of names and information.
Looking forward to next week, looks good.

I hope they don't ignore that Cheri girl from Season 1, cause what would be the point? I read somewhere that she is supposed to be back at some point this season, so I hope so--I'm interested in finding out more about what her deal is. But yeah, I agree--pretty average ep tonight. And you're right: next week's does look pretty good. Things are always more interesting when Cromartie is around...

I enjoyed it. Lots of fun character moments. Plus, there's a new T2 terminator, which is very exciting.

Last night got 5.4 million viewers, it got beat by CBS sitcom repeats. I guess I just always expect the worst, but I really don't see how it can't NOT get cancelled. FOX has canned shows that have gotten higher ratings. TSCC has only aired 11 episodes and it went from 18 million to 5 million. It's gunna happen.

WOW what happened? Why the huge drop in ratings? I watched last night.

I don't know... but it better not be canceled! Fox is crazy the way they keep some shows and cancel others.

This is certainly troubling. I thought that the ratings would see a significant bump after the season premiere got so much positive buzz. I'm really starting to enjoy this show, and I would hate to see it canned.

EPISODE 2x03 SPOILERS!
It was a pretty good episode, kind of let down. I think it just suffered from some sloppy writing, but raised up some interesting questions. The scenes in the abandoned desert house-thing were pretty suspenseful and I liked the twist that the chair wasn't hooked up. Wonder what's next between Ellison and Weaver, what Terminator does she want to find: Cameron of Cromartie? I'm also upset about Michelle, she wasn't a huge character, but I always liked when she was on screen.
Next week looks absolutely incredible!

Not had a chance to post anything about season 2 yet so here are my thoughts: Episode 1:should have been a 2 part episode and Derek Reese should have had a bigger part in it along with Agent Elision and Charley Dixon. The episode went by to quick and I think they could have went deeper into the whole "evil Cameron" thing. An actual fight scene between Cameron and the Connor team would have been good instead they just ran her down and pulled put her chip. Still a fantastic episode though and the beginning part with Manson's singing was brilliant. Oh Oh Oh what about John killing Sarkisian in the houe...a lot of people say that it was Sarah that done it as it was "sort of" stated in the episode but there are huge hints pointing that it was John that done it. Mainly the fact that John was freeing himself whilst Sarah was getting beat on and then again when Sarah and John have that conversation in the church. Episode 2: Fantastic again. I really liked the future flash forward scene. I am very interested in the story with Sarah and cancer...loved that they mentioned it in season one. Derek Reese got more screen time. I thing his character is very interesting. Cameron had another evil turn again although this time we saw it From Sarah's point of view rather than Cameron's. Luckily she fixed herself before she got near Sarah. My only complaint was that the Terminator should have been the T-100 that took over the workers identity and then when it was thrown into the electric fence Sarah turns away and when she looks back over the T-100 is gone.Dun Dun Dunnn! Episode 3: Good episode...not the best. Defiantly the budget saver of the series. It came together very well though and I like the Sarah, Charley and Derek team up. Riley is a good character but she better have a use and just not be the nice chick that is helping John lead a "normal" life. Why do they keep ruining the blooming phone code thing?! More than three times I counted that it was note done correctly that code Will be the death of someone I can see it happening. Shame about Charley's wife but it was necessary for Charley to become more involved into the story. Terminator's can't swim LOL! Episode 4: This is the money episode. Just like season one had "Dungeons and Dragons" as the big money episodes this is season two's and it looks amazing. Season two was given a bigger budget this year so they will have more money to spend on episodes and it is given got use on the origin of Cameron Philips...thats right episode 4 is the "who is Cameron" My guess is from the trailer that she was once a normal human girl bu the Terminator stole her identity like what the evil Terminator done with the FBI agent in season one. The trailer can be found on this fan page her eon the link below. www.bebo.com/connor-chronicles

I missed the first half of last night's episode, but I got the gist of it. And it had double the Summer Glau. Maybe she should just play all the characters...

Last night's episode was so amazing. Summer Glau was perfect, favorite episode of the series yet... ...but damn: www.syfyportal.com/news425418.htmlIf there is truth to this, FOX blaming TSCC for Prison Break's low ratings is just absolutely ridiculous and pisses me off so much! If someone likes the show, they'll watch it regardless of what is on before. And the fact that TSCC got higher ratings than Prison Break last night should tell FOX something.

Fox needs to move Terminator to a new night. It just can't compete with Football, Dancing with the Stars, and Heroes.

Yeah I think Dollhouse will be just fine come January. Football will be over and 24 will be an amazing lead in for the series (seeing as there hasn't been a 24 premiere in 2 years by then).

Some pretty good news: FOX ordered scripts to be written for episodes 14 and 15. Hopefully they get produced and the count goes up to 22.

SP0ILERS, Episode 10 Season 2, 'A strange thing happened at the one-two point'
With the possible exception of Battlestar Galactica my favourite show of the moment, really terrific and of course Summer Glau and indeed Adam Busch in one ep playing a character not unlike Warren.
1. So Riley is a plant and is working with Jesse, WOW! didn't see that coming! Adore the girl who plays Jesse who was also so very good in BSG;Razor. And it looks as though there are rival factions in the resistance? In the future Jesse is from Cameron and John obviously survive the war. Question is, is this the same future that Derek is from? Also note when we first see Riley in the clothes shop she's standing under a sign saying 'New Arrivals', hmmm? Plus I don't think that the concept of Jesse/Riley subtext is too far fetched. To judge by Jesse's comments John and Cameron are an item in the future
2. The central plot is pretty stupid in this ep although there's some nice stuff where Sarah and the fraudster talk about their children and Cameron bonds with his son. Also liked the 80s nostalgia. No real action this week either.
3. Sorry to see the shrink dead, really liked him and he has a terrible death. Some good scenes with Ellison though, the AI trying to understand the consequences of it's actions. You'd wonder why Weaver is allowing Ellison to talk to it when he'd be a humanising influence. Note that even though John Henry knew Sherman was dead he still called an ambulance, maybe it did care after all?
4. Good to see we haven't seen the last of Cromartie, I wouldn't say I liked him so much as he was an interesting character. There's the fact that he saves Ellison from another Terminator, very interesting, suggesting what Cameron said to her prisoner about there being factions within Skynet might not have been a bluff. He also doesn't kill the girl who he was using to help track the Connors down. Did he definitely kill the kid at the bowling alley? How exactly is Weaver going to explain him to the other scientists?
5. Sarah's possible madness is well played, especially the mirror sequence. The first reference in a long time of her having been in the asylum. The three dots reminds me of 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind'
6. Lena Headly is much nicer with short hair.
7. Where do Sarah and co get their money? Do they steal it or have Cameron and Derek memorised the results of every sports game of the early 21st century?
8. A lot of people abuse Shirley Manson's acting or lack of it but I think it's fine, she's supposed to act inhuman.
9. Note Sarah's alias this week is Sarah Gale, Gale Anne Hurd having created the Terminator with her husband James Cameron. Also the father and son are called Alex and Xander?
10. So what did Derek use his toothbrush for? The only thing I can think of is cleaning his guns?

Good stuff, saturn! ;D Altho I took the name Gale to be another "Wizard of Oz" reference--they had been using "Baum" (as in L. Frank Baum), and then switched to "Gale" (as in Dorothy Gale).
Can't wait for Friday...

Can't wait for Friday... You know I never knew that was Dorothy's surname! I bet that you're right and that's where it comes from. Well I guess you could also say that the series is full of 'Tin men' (and women in Cameron's case) and maybe that makes Skynet the Wizard and Weaver the Wicked Witch? So is John looking for courage and Derek for a brain?
