Thought I start a thread about the Marvel movies. Which ones are your favourites, which ones are your least favourite, what should be done next and so forth. So, let's begin

Marvel sure do make a lot of hit and misses. I really love a lot of their movies, but then some tend to suck really bad. My favorites are: - Blade
- X-Men
- Blade II
- Spider-Man
- X2: X-Men United
- The Punisher
- Spider-Man 2
- Iron Man
- The Incredible Hulk
X3, Spidey 3 and Blade: Trinity were the biggest disappointments, because the two movies that came before each were so great. I am excited about Spider-Man 4 though, and Iron Man 2, Captain America, Thor and The Avengers movie though.

Still haven't seen Iron Man, but the only films they've made that I really liked would be Blade 1 and 2, Spider-Man 1 and 2, X2 and The Incredible Hulk. All the others are pretty much complete crap. It's a pretty tough choice between Blade and Spider-Man, but I think the large scale of the Spider-Man movies edge Blade out just a little.

Spidey is the best by far. 1 & 2 are fantastic, 3 was a bit stuffed and rushed. I really liked the wierd bits though, so it's not bad at all.
Xmen 2 was brilliant, 1 was good and 3 was a bit of a letdown. Wolverine wasn't the step up I was hoping for either, sadly.
Blade is good but has dated. Blade II was good too. Blade 3 was a bit shit, but watchable.
Iron Man was a lot of fun, as was Incredible Hulk.

Is the Hulk selection based on the Ang Lee Hulk, or the Incredible Hulk with Ed Norton? Because one is good and one is not so good.
Had to show my love for Blade though...

Hands down X-Men is my favorite. Otherwise here's my order of the ones I liked, not including the ones I haven't seen. I do really want to see Iron Man though.
X-Men Fantastic Four Blade Spider-Man Daredevil/Elektra

Um...damn, didn't really think about that. Seeing as I've seen both and I prefer the Ed Norton version, let's go with that one? As for me, it's X-Men. Always, though Spidey comes a close second and Blade third. Fantastic Four was actually enjoyable for me, while the other movies aren't too bad. I'm hoping that an X-Men 4 gets made, cuz that would be pretty cool imo. Looking forward to Iron Man 2 and Avengers (surprisingly )

Iron Man was decent. I have no idea why people thought it was the summer hit of the year, but it was pretty good. The climatic battle was pretty lame, but overall... 6/10.
X-Men was awesome. X2 was less awesome, but only marginally. I also dig the Spider-Man series, pretty much. I haven't seen a lot of the other ones, so I guess I could say the X-Men flicks are my favorites so far. Guess I just love me some Paquin.

X-Men and X2 kicked ass! Then Brian Singer decided to jump ship on what could have been one of the best trilogies for overall quality since, well ever, and gave the project to Brett Ratner, so he could direct Superdull Returns. And on top of that, he took James Marsden with him, so no Cyclops! Damn him! I liked Ang Lee's Hulk, but then I love Ang Lee in general. Blade annoys me more than a little, and I see that Christian Bale has taken classes from Wesley Snipes in how superheroes should talk. That said, Blade 2 was a pretty awesome action movie. Any film in which Ron Perlman has to walk around with a bomb in the back of his head gets a thumbs up from me!
