Hm.. I guess that I don't have specifically uplifting music. I kind of go for one of two types of music when I'm feeling gloomy. First choice is something energizing, though not necessarily upbeat. The Flobots, the Killers, Lady Gaga, maybe even Born Ruffians... Or, something more mellow that will just let me wallow in gloominess. Bright Eyes, Ben Sollee, the Band of Brothers soundtrack..

I listen to Sarah McLachlan whenever I'm depressed, cause it evens out my mood and makes me mellow.

yeah, if i'm really upset i stick with depressing music. usually feist, or bright eyes. if i'm trying to get myself pumped up i'll stick in some guilty pleasure music like poison. hah.

When I'm in a down mood I like to listen to Avril Lavigne, "Losing Grip" is one of my favorites for that mood. Sometimes I go for Fergie music too, just depends.

I *love* this song. It makes me so happy. Usually my get-happy songs are upbeat, but this one is just too pretty to not make me happy!

When I'm down I'll usually pop in Beck's Sea Change and drink some rum. The album is somewhat depressing but also very beautiful and relaxing

Here Comes The Sun - The Beatles.
That song is amazing.
And I also like listening to the Killers, or the Cranberries.
