Okay so I thought I'd sit here and rant while I retrieve ALL my music from my iPhone (over 1200 songs) all because my iPhone sucks. Once again my iPhone has decided to crash on me.. and this time it's the iPod part of my iPhone. Everytime I press iPod it just crashes and goes back to the main screen. This has happened to me a few times with my iPod touucch. Ugh so over it. Now i'm gonna lose all my info... I swear Apple makes it SOO hard to do something so simple.. I wish iPhones had the drag and drop thing instead of using iTunes.. such a hassle. I wanna punch Steve Jobs in the neck so hard right now >:[

Did you try restoring it, and then syncing everything back to it? A few weeks ago I was installing an update, it totally messed up & I had to restore. But then I realized I had synced it recently so I didn't lose anything, even my texts. Also, I don't know if this is just me, but I've had a ton of luck with Apple. They gave my mom a free battery for my old MacBook even though it was way past warranty, out of the goodness of their hearts. And they gave us two free replacement (brand new) iPhones, the first of which was damaged by my own dumbness.

Had to delete something through WINscp. You're very lucky they gave you stuff -___- I wish I could take em my iPhone but I fucked with it.. like the inside and shieet. I took it apart and took everything out.. out of curiosity lmfao.

Yeah, I've never had any problems with my iPods, but then I've always had a Mac since I've had an iPod. For whatever reason, iPods and iTunes just don't play well with Windows.

Yeah, I got my first MacBook about...3 and a half years ago, I think. Before that, I had a Windows desktop & Windows laptop, and iTunes never wanted to work.

I'm very much anti-apple. Probably a bit unwarranted, but I guess I'm just judgmental. I like Microsoft a lot. I have a Zune, and my first one did completely die, for no apparent reason, which sucked. But my warranty was still good, so I sent it in to get it repaired, and they sent back a brand new one. Complete with the inscription on the back. I've had this one for over a year and it is a-ok.
That's really annoying that your iPhone got screwed up though, but at least you got it working again.

I've been an Apple convert ever since I started High School, so for about 8+ years now. I've owned an iPod since 2004 and am on my second Apple laptop. Love the company, the brand, OS, everything.

I've had three ipods - well, technically four.
The first one I won, was a mini and it worked fine, no problems. Just wanted to replace it with a nano a couple of years later. Nano was fine too, no problems either, but it was only 2GB and I wanted more space.
Now I've got a 120GB classic, had it for christmas last year... and it broke. It had two white lines across the screen, but I took it to the apple store and they replaced it, no problems.
Hope this one doesn't get any faults, as the guarantee runs out in December.
Not really had any problems with itunes, though it does seem to make my laptop run slower when it's open.

That's because all the functionality it has requires a lot of processes to run, sucking up all your memory. It doesn't leak memory as bad as Firefox does, but yeah, it'll slow your computer down some cycles to make sure it can handle stuff properly.
