(Sorry if this isn't in the right section, wasn't sure where it should go).
Yesterday I received a thank you card in the mail from Andy Hallett's mother. Back in April I sent a card to the P.O. box his parents had set up to send cards, etc. I am so touched that his mom would take time out of her own grief to personally write me and thank me. She has probably sent personal thank you cards to every single fan who sent a card. I am deeply moved by the level of kindness she would show to complete strangers. I think this speaks to what a kind woman Andy's mother must be.
The front of card says, "In loving memory of Andrew Alcott Hallett" and has a picture of Andy on the front with a big smile on his face.
Has anyone else here received a card?

That is really amazing! It shows what type of people his family is and what type of person he must have been.

That is so touching. That was great of you to have sent a card and so gracious of her to respond to her son's fans. I was really sad to hear about Andy Hallet. I loved Lorne on Angel. Every moment with him was great, whether he was making me uncomfortable with his flamboyant singing or popping lead into Lindsay's chest. I always loved the way he walked out of that 'unsavory' lifestyle. Lorne was nothing without Andy and he will live on in our comic books, dvd's and our hearts.
