I was surprised they made Zooey's character even weirder than Brennan. That was neat. I would have liked her to be in it more though (perhaps a follow along type deal similar to Booth's grandpa).
Sidebar: That explosion in the beginning was pretty well done too.

Oh wow, was the scene Bones undressing Booth amazingly awkward and hot at the same time!!! They are really stroking the sexual tension between the two this season. I also was surprised that Zooey's character was weirder than Bones ("Who is this, your sister?" LMAO.) I thought that scene with Cam and her daughter was really sweet.
Saddest line: Bones: "I think that's heart breaking." Booth: "You know, when I say heart breaking, you say it's a muscle; so it can't break, it can only get crushed." Bones: "Isn't it heart crushing?"
Sidebar--legally speaking--inciting violence negates freedom of speech, something I never heard brought up in the episode. Tsk Tsk on the writers! The radio broadcaster's remorse was nice, but unrealistic. He should have gone to jail!!

The radio broadcaster's remorse was nice, but unrealistic. He should have gone to jail!! I assume you're right about the legal aspect (can't say I'm up on my law). But, it was kind of determined that it wasn't his fault. The two conspirators met at a debt counseling session. The guy was answering a call for an exterminator. And the frequency that sent the bomb off was like, .01 away from the radio broadcaster's frequency. I don't think they ever connected the two robbers/murderers to the radio show.

Oh I thought they did. At the end the radio show guy was like "omg. that was all my fault... this is my last broadcast" type dealie. He took responsibility for inciting the violence. Inciting violence is an offense. I don't know if the writers were aware of the legal clause, but really, it IS a crime show...

Inciting violence is an offense. I don't know if the writers were aware of the legal clause, but really, it IS a crime show... Before they solved the case, Booth yelled at the broadcaster and told him that he was responsible for the murder, even if he didn't actually detonate the bomb. I'm assuming he didn't bother to tell the guy once they found it there was no relation to the radio show.

Yes, they cleared him on the detonation charge, though I thought his show incited the incident itself hence the broadcaster's final message at the end.

Me too lol. Just re-watched it and they never explicitly said that his radio show was the impetus behind those two's actions, though it was heavily implied.

I also was surprised that Zooey's character was weirder than Bones ("Who is this, your sister?" LMAO.) Agreed! The Undressing of Booth was awesomeness. And I loved the whole "is this your sister?" inside Joke throughout the ep. Though, I'm sure most fans watching realized that they actually are sisters. And who would've thought that there's someone out there weirder than Bones! I also love the compassion that they all showed at the end by attending the lady's son's funeral so that she wouldn't have to be alone on Christmas. Overall, a great ep! ;D

Best part of this week's episode? Sweets and Wicks tossing Internet smileys at each other IRL. I lost it. And I said exactly what Cam said, which just made it better.

Anyone watch Bones tonight? It was an alright episode. I was hoping for something a little more epic after being away for a month, but it was still a pretty good episode. Wendall is my favorite intern, so I'm happy that he's getting more screen time.

I thought tonight's episode was really good. A little lacking in character plot for the main people, but I thought that Persian-intern-whose-name-I-don't-know was pretty interesting this time around. I was kind of indifferent to him before (though faking that accent was pretty amusing), but it was nice to get some back story.
The actual case was pretty neat as well. I mean, the victim is a guy with horns and a tail. David gets to go back to his demon-fighting days and all that. Except for the victim was actually human... just schizophrenic. It was good though, I enjoyed it. Anyone else?

Ok, gonna give Bones Discussion another revival attempt.
This episode was pretty good. A lot of familiar faces. Eddie was Perconte in Band of Brothers.. The murderer was Marcie from Out of Sight, Out of Mind (I think), and I am super happier that it was her.. I never particularly liked her, but I really love the guy who plays Eddie, so yeah.
I was so convinced that Sweets was going to dump Daisy until he walked in to talk to her. And then I totally knew what was going on. And I've decided that I actually like Daisy now. I think she's getting better at not being incredibly annoying. She's just.. fairly annoying now.
Also, next week? I'll probably be doing the fan-girl squealing/shrieking for the entire hour. I am SO excited.

Can't believe we went so long without a Bones episode. I'm really excited for the 100th episode.

I finished watching season 1 not too long ago. I really like it, but it's not a show I can watch repeatedly which is mostly due to the genre. I can't wait to catch up though because it sounds like it gets even better.
