9.5/10 I really like it! I can't remember for certain but did you make changes to the font? It looks much more readable now.

People who wear too much perfume or cologne. "Don't need to smell you from all the way over here!" Oh, and then getting stuck someplace with these people in a windowless room, elevator, train car, etc.

Updated with latest sets, requests, randomness. drusillacakes, your banners are amazing! I love all your Spike/Dru ones, you have a huge amount of talent. Do you take requests? That's so kind of you-- thanks so much! I do take requests. Send me a PM with what you'd like Also I recently made a Faith set from the comic which you are welcome to use since you like Faith. It's posted in the "bannersets" spoiler but you can definitely request something else.

I don't know if this is my favorite, but it's one of the most memorable for me. Willow dusting the vamp with with the floating pencil. That was pretty awesome.

I ended picking Buffy season two disc one. While watching When She Was Bad I thought about changing my name. Buffy called Angel a Un-Dead American. What do you think about it? I'm not too sure. ::waves:: Peej. Cool name! Un-Dead American. Hmm. I think it works! Although I'm so used to Moon Eyes. What if you were Un-Dead Moon Eyes, or Un-Dead Moon? American Moon? Blah, I'm coming up with lame alternatives,

Yay! Let us know how you like it. ;D Seconded. It's definitely time! I'd love to know what you think. i showed it to a friend of mine about two weeks ago and his mind was blown. It was the best reaction I could have seen so I want to know what you think Yup, Eric got me to watch it (finally). I can't believe that's how it ended! Firstly, I had no idea it was a tragedy. Somehow I've managed to put up my spoiler blinders because beyond the basic premise of the story, I still didn't know much about it. It feels like there's the usual story we expect from Joss, using humor to mask commentary about good and evil. The fan girls/fan guy were a really funny. (We do the weird stuff! Haha!) Captain Hammer reminds me of all of todays celebutantes out there, who feign interest in good causes more often than not for good PR or for ulterior motives, except he's like their train of thought. In song form. Anyway, I really enjoyed it and I'm SO glad I did. Long time coming, I'll look for the soundtrack.

I still haven't seen Dr. Horrible yet, isn't that awful? It's on my to-do list for the summer. You're going to wait until summer? Why? I know it's the end of the school year for a lot of people, so you might be really busy, but it's only forty-five minutes and you can view it online for free. ;) I know. I have no excuse! I think it's just one of those things that I keep telling myself I need to do, and I keep putting it off. Okay, I'm streaming it from youtube in the background now... Act 1. Here we go...

And I don't think the solution is to get more girls into comics. GIRLS LIKE COMICS, we just dont like seeing unrealistic women fighting crime in heels with almost no clothes on, their hair and make up never weathered. This fighting crime in heels thing is my biggest gripe. It's just beyond unrealistic, and it's one thing to draw it but another to show it on film. I remember being really annoyed at Silk Spectre leaping and kicking in those high heels in The Watchmen, and also wondering if her costume rides up. I know it plays into this element of fantasy, but it's a predominantly male fantasy. I don't know about you other ladies, but I just wonder if her ankles are hurting or if she's suffering from a wedgie. I mean, Faith & Buffy are hella sexy and they don't resort to gimmicks like running and kicking in heels. Sarah Connor would never dream of bringing down skynet in four-inch heels. It's just not practical.

^^What kind of fruit, Darth Rosie? It sounds yummy. Sorry to hear so many people are in bad moods! It sucks when you get in your own head and end up totally bummed out. I know, when I'm in a bad mood, I really need to be alone and sort of rationalize my feelings, but it usually helps just take a breather. Hope everybody has a better evening taking my wife out for our anniversary tomorrow. two years! woo-hoo! Congratulations! Hope you guys have a great time. It's my 1000 post, guys! Wow, it feels like just yesterday I joined SA, How time flies.

I'm from the NYC area and the people here are pretty open-minded, but like TGIQ said, it's not really typical of the rest of the country. I just went upstate to the Albany area, and it was major culture shock to me, and I wasn't even that far from home. Such is what happens when there is a lack of diversity. I think when people aren't open to other ways of living, they just shut themselves off and become incredibly closed-minded. That said, I generally feel safer around collegetowns, and larger cities--wherever there's a diversity of people. But i just need to know that me coming out one day will be good for me and i don't want to put up with homophobic slurs and i definately don't want to get attacked or murdered for it and i keep thinking that day could end up coming judging by the amount of homophobia in the uk. I want that day to come soon too-- no one should feel unsafe in their own skin, or be threatened for their sexual orientation, religious beliefs, and the color of their skin. This is one of the things that bothers me the most about the world.
