I just got this today. My boyfriend works at a bookstore so he got it early for me. It does have the red cover and includes all of Jo Chen's covers before each issue as well as all the variant covers at the back of the book. Its really gorgeous. I'm so glad I got it! :ecstatic:

I'm so excited. Usually play.com ship it and have it to you the day it is released which for the UK is tomorrow, but on their site it says 2nd November. Also England are having postal strikes so God only knows how long that will go on for.

Im new to the whole comics thing. So i'm guessing that the paper in the TPB is of higher quality? Also is there like an introduction by Joss or ANY special features? Dark Horse have changed the date on their site to 31st so either they have sold like bunnies you know or there wasn't enough printed.

The thing I like about the TPBs is that they look nicer and they are easier to display, but that could be because I like my displays very neat and organized.
The better quality paper is A LOT better too. The single issues I have from the old Buffy series are falling apart and fading, but the TPBs are fine.

I didn't get mine yet, but the only reason I think these are cool is that I can store my issues, and just read this now.
I hate re-opening the issue over and over. It messes up the plastic sleeve. And I also want to keep my issues as nice as I can.
