The summers women sure loved the undead.

Dawn & Justin
Buffy & Angel & Spike
Joyce & Spike

i think they just really connected with the undead lol....

i kinda wish Dawn and Justin got together but then there was that whole im gonna eat you part.

Joyce and Spike had such a great relationship , from watching passions to telling him "get the hell away from my daughter"

And Buffy and Angel ♥ that was just love and Angel was just amazingly handsome

And then there was Buffy & Spike through season 6 when all they did was "be at it like rabbits" as Dawn put it i wasn't too keen but then when he got his soul back for season 7 and thier final words in Chosen i think they made a great couple.

Justin acted like he kinda liked Dawn about as much as he could like anybody. Which is sad.

I think Joss' point is a mixture between the male undead that they like and the girls themselves. The Buffy is not a normal girl and she has a darkness of her own. So does Dawn. They will likely be drawn to someone dark. Joyce and Spike, I'm not sure about that one. I think that's just Spike's good nature and Joyce's easygoingness.

Angel and Spike are not your normal "baddies". They are tinged with goodness, sometimes much more so than others. Don't know if that Justin guy ever could be or not... But Joss mixes good and bad A LOT.

I disagree about Joyce i think she was like a mother figure to Spike which is what he needed and i think thats why they got along so well , i didn't mean Joyce and Spike in a sexy way haha that would just be werid and wrong

I can only see Joyce and Spike in a sexy way in somebody's dream or something. Can't see it playing out in real life. hehe

^Agreed. A sexual relationship between Spike and Joyce would just be way too weird. I do think that Spike saw Joyce as a mother type which is why he was drawn to her. He had lost is on mother and Joyce was the closest person that took him in and treated him like a man and not a monster.

I love it when Spike asks Joyce if she has any of those little marshmallows ha ha. So classic!

I love Spike & Joyce's realtionship and you can tell he cared when he tooks flowers for joyce after she died *sniff*

I think Buffy and Angel had the best realtionship , i know people think Spike and Buffy but i don't see it , Angel and Buffy were true love and he was her first love. And you can tell she's never truly satisfied with any of her other boyfriends. Angel and Buffy had a connection and don;t think they were ever doomed lovers.

I blame Joyce partly for Angel leaving after what she said to him in The Prom i understand she is looking out for Buffy but that made Angel consider things even more and made him leave

I think it's understandable why Buffy and Dawn dig dead guys due to their demon essence. I like the idea of Joyce and Spike together, she's a hot woman with needs and if Spike can't have Buffy she's the next best thing (which is maybe why he's babysitting Dawn in season 6?). And fine going for a mother figure as long as she's not actually your mother.
