Three of my Top Ten Favourite Episodes come from Season Five (Family,The Gift,Checkpoint) and as has been mentioned it's a good Willow/Tara season.
And I''l go out on a limb & suggest that The Gift is arguably the best of the finales. So much to like with great dialogue,some good fight scenes & Tara regains her sanity.
