Hard to choose...I think Fred. Cause she's sweet the entire time. Going from shy to more social. The entire time she helps other people and is so extremely cute and nice

Doyle. I don't know why, but he's awesome. The Irish accent, awkwardness, funniness, braveness....he rocks. (though I love Spike, Angel, Gunn, and Wesley too!!!)

Season 4. We lost Wesley and Cordelia. Wesley was waaaay too dark and Cordelia was all evil and amnesia-y

Not really. But there were some plots and character arcs I hated.

Connor and later on, Angel.

Fred, definitely.

I used to love Angel, but now I pretty much loathe him because of his bad choices and bad attitude. So Wesley. Of course, Spike is my all time favourite character, but I still feel like he’s more a btvs character.

Wesley/Fred. There weren’t a lot of relationships on the show I liked, not even non-romantic ones.

Angel’s soul mate?
No idea. I don’t really believe there’s just one love for everyone, I think there’s several. But I think Angel loved Buffy more than Cordelia.

Cordelia’s soul mate?
Her best match would be Angel.

Fred’s soul mate?
Wesley seemed to make her the happiest. Of course, maybe they would have broken up in the end too.

Which death touched you the most?
I want to say Fred, since she had her soul destroyed and her death was incredibly tragic, but Wesley’s destiny keeps breaking my heart, since he’s practically in hell (like the rest of the crew will be, since they were stupid enough to sign those contracts).

What is your favorite season and why?
Season 1. When I watch that I can forget Angel’s later actions, and there’s just a air of lightness and loyality about it. Season 5 is more of a laugh, but season 1 is closer to my heart.

What season did you enjoy the least?
Season 4. Seeing Cordy’s mind and body being abused like that and Angel mind-rapings his friends, son and that innocent family broke my heart and made me want to vomit. Seeing the other characters’ at their worst wasn’t nice either.

What is your favorite big bad?
Holtz. Not that there’s a lot to choose from. Pretty much just W&H, Holtz and Jasmine.

Season 2. I love how the happy light feeling to it.

Anything from the ring. Probably because Angel’s in a tank top(I think that’s what it’s called).

Not one, no. Maybe Spin The Bottle.

Finally, what would you like to add? What’s so special about Angel?
It’s dark and grown up, and it feels real, compared to Buffy’s lightness. It could partly be because in Angel, less magic is used, and they have to fight hand to hand more. Also, the characters have in a way deeper issues than the Buffy characters, and there’s less trust between them. I think the fact that the lack of strong relationships on Angel is what makes me like that show less than Buffy. There’s more love and loyality on Buffy (but let’s not forget Cordelia & Angel. That was strong relationship).

Yep (even tough I dislike when people call the comics season 6, since there is no such thing).

I started watching midway through the fourth season really, which was in "02" I think so I was about 14.

I think it took time cause I started watching BTVS during season 6 and didn't even bother to check out ATS until Willow and Faith came on during the 4th season and by that time I knew somewhat of WTH was going on. Thankfully I eventually got my good friends at TNT to help show me the way.

I really don't remember. I know it has to be one of the 4th season episodes though.

When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show?
Honestly when Buffy went off and it was all I had left.

I think I knew I really like it for obvious reasons during the fifth season. I then realized how much I loved it when I missed the original airing of NFA because I was in the process of moving. It took me FOREVER to finally see the series finale episode after I watched the whole damn season. Pardon my language, but I even kept missing the re-runs.

I re watched season 1 recently and I just loved Wesley when he's about to cry. I miss the dorky version of him and his dancing. Plus Spike and Lorne.

I'm thinking...no maybe Jasmine cause she was turning everybody against poor Fred. At times Connor, but then again his up and down relationship with Angel was entertaining.

What is your favorite female character?
I can't choose between Cordelia and Fred and I won't.

Not counting Spike cause that would be unfair I'm going to say Wesley hands down. It's a shame cause the show is called Angel, but he was just too broody sometimes.

Angel and Darla HOTTTTTT. Plus Wesley and Fred. Though I don't think it's fair because we didn't get anytime to worship them. Yes as I have mention in probably a few other posts on this board I am still bitter about them. Darn you Joss. He was always good at giving us a little bit of happiness at the end of one episode only to tear it away at the end of the next episode. He did the same thing to the Tara and Willow fans.

Darla. They spent hundreds of years in each others lives. No one can ever connect with him the way she did and I'm sorry not even Buffy.

Not really. I got pretty addicted to Season 4, but stopped watching during Season 5 because Channel 7 kept pulling it off the air.

Yeah, I think Jasmine was a terrible "Big Bad" and seriously screwed up an otherwise great season. They got back on track for Season 5 though.

Doyle, Cordy, Wes

Was there a character you really couldn’t stand?
I HATED Gavin, he was such a poor excuse for a human and terrible replacement for Lindsey. I also hated Eve, oooh, just wanted to punch her in the face.

Faith (but she counts on Buffy too), so solely on Angel probably Fred and Lilah (I know, that's a weird combination, they're polar opposites)

What is your favorite male character?
Doyle, I loved him. Angel, Lindsey and Wes.

Wes/Lilah, I loved their dynamic and Fred/Gunn.

Again, not sure. I loved her and Gunn, but they weren't soulmates, and I don't think Wes was either even though he loved her a lot.

Doyle's, because it was so selfless and unexpected. I cried buckets when I first saw "Hero".

It's a tie between Season 3 (I loved the Darla story-arc and the beginning of Dark Wes) and Season 5 (I thought it was played out so well and had some of the best episodes.)

What season did you enjoy the least?
The middle of Season 2 and the end of Season 4. "Lost" Angel and Jasmine. 'Nuff said.

I love how Angel explores the shades of grey. Buffy is played very black and white "Demons bad, people good", but Angel has characters like Lindsey, Wes and even Angel himself that all fall into the realms of grey and I love that.

Apparently I'm alone in this but Darla. Mostly in the second season, it was alright when she was pregnant

Definitely Fred, I thought she was awesome and Amy Acker has amazing acting chops

Oh it's hard to choose, I really liked Doyle and Gunn, also Lorne. But currently I'm really digging Lindsay, so I'll go with him

Doyle/Cordelia in the first season, but I really like Fred/Gunn. I was cool with Fred/Wesley when it happened and I thought it was really sweet but I always loved her with Gunn.

Season 5. It was a whole new show essentially, but it dealt with the really big ideas of corruption and control and was just great to watch

probably season 4. I do like it now but I can't think of another. Maybe season 2, at least the really dramatic Darla stuff...

Finally, what would you like to add? What’s so special about Angel?
It deals with really interesting questions, some that Buffy never really touched on. It has very interesting and different characters and often makes you feel for the evil people as much as the good which is a feat.

Do you enjoy the Season 6 comics?
I liked what I've read so far, but I'm way way behind. I'm also a little turned off by the fact that Joss isn't involved in it. What I thought was so exciting about all of these comics was that they were truely canon because he was running them, but this he isn't so I'm sort of hesitant.

Sanctuary is the one I can remember seeing a clip of first; Woke up super early in the morning one night, and it was on. xD BUT After that, City Of was the first I watched completely.

I was addicted from the start. I watched one season after another, as it was off the air by the time I decided to watch.

Season 4 and 5. 4 had so many twists, and 5 was just so perfect.

I think Evil Cordy was 'if-y' in some places, but worked overall.

Lorne, Spike, Fred, Cordy, Doyle, even Wes. Hell, Angel had his moments too. They all had some great comedy.

Not that I can think of. Connor got annoying once in a while, but I ended up really liking his character. The kid had been through hell, literally, I think we can all cut him a break.

Fred. Easily Fred. Would Illyria count as female? Eh, oh well. Love 'em both! Fred, Illyria, and Lilah. I had quite a liking for Kate too.

Lorne. One of my all time favorites! Also loved Doyle and Spike. Was never a big Gunn person.

Wesley and Fred. Really like Wesley/Lilah too, but his relationship with Fred was just so sweet and loving.

Fred. Her death was so slow, and painful. She was so brave, and yet her soul was destroyed. Doyle's sacrifice was also a goody. And Wes'. Cordy had a great send-off as well.

Season 5. Has the best episodes, IMO. Only has about two eps that I don't care for much. I could rewatch this season over and over.
