Personally i HATE Riley & Marc Blucas with a passion. I don't like him at all as a actor , and i loathed him even more as a character and he was Buffys worst boyfriend.
Moving on....
So in season 5 Riley started getting snacked on by a bunch of vamps. Now i think it would of been great if they vamped him. Before Spike took Buffy to him and then Spike staked him. Just a personal thought any comments???
No comments saying you love Riley and think im wrong about hating him though! only on the vamp part. ;D

I think that could have been an interesting way to go with the character. I'm actually surprised that it didn't happen given what he was messing around with. I'll keep my mouth shut regarding the other stuff, though.  Love your banner, btw.  |

Like Riley, hmmm don't really dig the vamp idea, or Spike staking him. It just seems like twists for twists' sake; doesn't resonate for me.

I hate Riley i just wish he would of got staked.
I mean seriously you've seen how brutal vamps were in Buffy then these ones just wanted to take a quick munch now and again of him NO WAY they should of tore his throat out and vamped him up! that would of stopped his sappyness

I think it would have been pretty cool actually. Riley was supposed to be this normal guy that was supposed to bring Buffy out into the sunlight, and vamping Riley would just be the ultimate disillusionment. Yeah, there were already those WOW was I wrong moments involving Riley. He's a demon hunter, he likes vampires to feed off of him, etc.
I guess Buffy got depressed enough, but I don't know, in some ways I wished she would have learned that for her there was no such thing as a normal, good, guy, and that dating a man who seemed normal was just a false pretense at having a sane life.

I really don't  , i tried to like him. I liked him Hush when he pulls that goofy face but thats about it. He was just annoying he was all whiny and i think it's because he was Angels replacement and there is just NO replacing Angel except maybe for Spike. But i'd only acept Spike as Angels replacement if ANgel got with Faith . |

The stupid thing about Riley is that he was jealous of Buffy having to much power and she was much greater then him , so basically he is jealous of her accomplishments which to me is abit selfless.
And if he succeed of being a vampire , i think he probably would face Buffy one on one and fail.
I dont think it would be a beautiful and brutal fight like Buffy and Angelus.

I don't think it would be that interesting to see vampire Riley. Vampire Gunn? Now that made sense. He hated vamps. Riley never really displayed a huge vendetta against them or anything. Besides, the Buffster loves the undead, so it could've saved their relationship and no one wanted that!  I hate Riley i just wish he would of got staked. I wish he was staked while still human!  And because I joked about a character dying, someone ranting at me in... 3... 2... 1... |

Vamp Gunn is a way cooler twist. Hated that idea back when, but Brian's writing made it worthwhile. Plus, having Gunn get a second chance with those memories.... ah evil.

^ Riley did some damage to Angel and he is alot older then spike, but spike would win .The more interesting theory who would win out of wood or Riley.

WHAT? Riley did damage to Angel pffftt.... Angel owned Riley the only reason he didn't fully wail on Riley was because he didn't want to be on bad grounds with Buffy then he already was.
Riley vs Angel Ha! there isn't even a competition.
Spike vs Riley again Spike would easily win , Riley was only good with a weapon and even then he wasn't brilliant when it came to hand to hand he sucked.
Wood vs Riley there both as lame as each other but my moneys on wood.
