I really wish everyone they wanted from Buffy to appear in Season 5 went down. Didn't they want Alyson at one point too? Along with Giles in A Hole in the World? Think I read that somewhere. Anyways, it just would've been awesome. Although I'm glad Sarah couldn't do the 100th episode because Cordelia desperately needed to be redeemed. Even though I understand Joss turning Sarah down for the finale, it would've been insanely awesome to see Buffy again. Oh well, Andrew sufficed for two episodes.
If I had to choose one character though, it would definitely be Giles. That would've been a neat dynamic. I love that Dawn idea too.

I'm sure Cordelia met her, but I didn't get the impression she was as close to her as Willow and Xander were. She would of met her by season 3, since she was at the party in Dead Mans Party. I mean CC and Wes never met Tara, I know both met Joyce (School Hard and Earshot) |

I think Xander should have went on there so he could see Cordy again(well before she died) i mean they had a big relationship in season 2 and parts of season 3 in Buffy and i think it's kinda sad that they never got to see each other again.

It would have been cool if Connor had a quick Cameo at Dawn's school though how they would explain that escapes me.

Maybe in seasons six / three after Xander dumped Anya. He would've been vulnerable and they'd almost hook up only for them to realize they're in love with Anya / Angel. Then, Xander would go to tell Anya he loved her only to find her having sex with Spike.  |

It would have been interesting to see Cordelia's reaction to Xander being successful, the head of his own crew. She'd be so shocked. Xander's reaction to Cordelia's maturity and lach of tactlessness would also be a plus.

I think it would have been cool if Xander had shown up on Angel, mainly because it would be so out of his element so it would be interesting to see where they take it. Also I agree with Jane Espenson, I never felt like Xander and Cordelia got closure, it would have been nice to see them together (but not you know together) again. Not to mention it would have been cool if Cordelia had gone back to Buffy just once to see the old gang together again.
Though I think it would have been really cool if it was Dawn who was there in The Girl In Question, it would have made it more interesting to see her reaction to Spike being alive and more insight into Buffy.
