Loads of Buffy characters came to Angel (but none the other way around), which ones did you want to guest but never did?
Personally I'd love to have seen Xander, that would have been cool especially if he sang at Caritas. And I'd have loved to have seen Joyce, even if just as a ghost appearing to Angel
Who are your choices?

I agree on Xander and he's the only one I would consider. I don't know how we could have got him on Angel, but anyway possible so that he could be with Cordy.

I would've loved Anya to come on Angel just so she could interact with Cordy. They're so similar in the way they speak, so it'd probably be hilarious!

I think Giles could have showed up in LA sometime when looking for Slayers. I would've loved a Wesley/Giles reunion.

I would have liked to see Xander on there, too. I would have liked Buffy to appear on Season 5 of Angel, too.

I really wish Giles showed up in season five. Preferably "A Hole in the World", like originally planned. I never liked Drogyn, anyway.

^^ Yeah, I think it would have been great if Giles had showed up in Angel S5. Especially to see his reaction to how Wesley had changed so much over the last few years. It would have been interesting to explore the dynamic between them.

I'm sure Cordelia met her, but I didn't get the impression she was as close to her as Willow and Xander were. She would of met her by season 3, since she was at the party in Dead Mans Party.

Um, hello? Clem? I thought that would be obvious... YES! perfect! he could be like Andrew, all made over and tuxedo-ed, or maybe just playing kitten poker with The Immortal. Would have liked Giles to crossover too.

Big surprise, I'm gonna say Dawn. ;D
But not just as a quick, one-ep guest-spot, the way they originally planned for "The Girl in Question". If the show had gone on another 2, 3, or 4 years, I would've loved to have seen her become an AtS series regular. I think getting out from under Buffy's shadow is something that really could've helped the growth of her character a hell of a lot, and really given her the chance to become her own woman, not just Buffy's kid sister anymore.
I also think that there's better 'shippy possibilities (and more of them) for her in LA than hanging around with the old Sunnydale crew...

I can't believe I didn't even think of Dawn (she's my second fav chaaracter for cripes sake!). Was it originally supposed to be Dawn instead of Andrew in The Girl In Question? Cos that just would have been awesome. Having her go over to LA with Team Angel would have been way more interesting than having her as a giant in Scotland. Like, really.

Cos that just would have been awesome. That was the rumor at the time, but apparently Michelle was filming "Ice Princess" right then and they couldn't get her. But Tom Lenk was available, so they went to him as Plan B. I remember that it was actually listed as a credit on her IMDB page for awhile even after the episode aired! Just think how different S8 would've been if she'd been in that ep instead of Andrew...
