This episode was excellent to show the whole concept of spike and Buffy relationship, Spike recharged Buffy batteries to face Caleb. This scene when Buffy goes in to the wine yard to face Caleb confidently was excellent to show the whole realistic theme of her true fighting abilities, her fight style in this episode was amazing. It was fast and she used her environment to outsmart Caleb.
Chosen.
This episode was epic, especially the scene when the first interferes with Buffy as the first, and Buffy truly damaged by the sword attack from the Turok Han. I thought she was going to die but I was wrong, when the music started playing and this scene truly turned epic. Get out of my face. Then my body was covered with Goosebumps.
Becoming part 1/2
When Kendra died it was brutal but the thing that got me the most was the excellent slow motion to capture Buffy running to aid Kendra but then she discovered a dead Kendra. Becoming part2 the whole scene when Buffy defend herself to that evil soulless monster which was Angelus. The sword fight scene was very dramatic and tremendous. When Buffy grabbed the sword confidently and shove it back into Angel face it was priceless.
Seeing red.
For some reason this episode gives me Goosebumps for Willow reaction at the end, when Tara dies and willow is crying and suddenly she looks up with vengeance in her red eyes, which really got me...
Passion.
This episode was really Brutal with the whole relationship with Buffy and Angelus. This episode had the whole concept of passion, and it was superb. When Giles had revenge on Angelus. Because he killed his lover. I was like go on Giles you kick him in! Then Angel suddenly had the upper hand by lifting him up in the air and he was like,
ANGEL
All right, you've had your fun. But you
know what it's time for now?
Then Buffy comes up behind Angel, staggers him with a kidney punch. He lets go of Giles, gasping for breath, as Giles drops to the ground unconscious Buffy was like.

My fun.
That was excellent.

The only scene to give me goosebumps was the First introducing itself as the new Big Bad at the end of 7x01 Lessons.

I get freaked out every time I watch Normal Again. Having Buffy tie up Willow, Xander, and Dawn was extremely disturbing. And then she makes Tara really fall on those stairs! All of it was so scary and chilling for me.

As I posted on another thread,I watched Who Are You a couple of nights ago & the scene where Willow & Tara perform the Katra spell always gives mr goosebumps. The background music also helps the chill factor.

Probably most of New Moon Rising,especially the final scene is always goosebump inducing. A couple of scenes in After Life & a fair bit of The Gift are always high on the goosebump meter.

When Willow performs the Spell in Becoming Part 2 that reensouls Angel.

^^ Totally agree, that scene unfolds the true nature of willow true abilities of magics.

The whole montage in Chosen where you see all the Potentials and the random girls around the world become Slayers gives me chills, goosebumps and makes me cry.

It's so poweful, especially when the girl who is about to get beaten stands up and blocks the punch, just as you hear Buffy's voice saying "Can stand up ... WILL stand up!".

The scene in Chosen when Spike first uses the amulet and annihilates the Turok-hans, whilst destroying Sunnydale at the same time

I love this episode and adore the end scene when Buffy got brayed by the Turok Han, and she made that wonderful speech.

The ending of Tabula Rasa-- watching Willow cry starts a chain reaction of goosebumps leading up to the Spuffy kisses of all kisses.
Spike's speech to Buffy in Chosen.
When Faith and Buffy make Dawn's bed in the dream sequence. Something about watching them work together while doing a chore seems to connect them in a more spiritual way, and that gives me goosebumps.
When Buffy stabs Anya in Selfless. I was like, what the heck? Not Anya!
Angel crashing to his knees after saving Buffy in Beauty & The Beasts. The expression on Buffy's face gives me goosebumps.

There's probably lots more that I can't think of right now...

New Moon Rising
When Willow confronts Buffy about her new feelings for Tara, and the final scene when Willow chooses to be with Tara.

Primeval
when Buffy goes all magic-friendly and starts talking.

Restless
The final scene in Buffy's dream, with the first slayer and Tara.

Family
When Buffy and the gang defend Tara against her father, and Willow/Tara's 'dance' at the end.

The Body
EVERYTHING in that episode give me goosebumps.

The Gift
The scene where Buffy realizes what she needs to do (with the flashbacks) and the final scene where Buffy jumps.

Hell's Bells
When Anya says her vows(with the Xander leaving scene)and when she walks down the aisle after Xander left her.

Seeing Red
The rape scene, and The final scene.

Two to Go
when Willow screams.

Grave
The dramatic moment when Willow claims that she's turned pro at magicks, and the final scene where Xander saves Willow, and the world.

when Anya's song gets cut off, and you she her with a sword through her chest

Willow's speech about Tara's death and her trying to cope.

The potentials turning into slayers scene, and the final scene.

I agree. DEFINITELY a goosebump moment for me!

The first one that comes to my mind is when Anya us giving her speech about how she dosnt understand why Joyce died in 'The body'. I actually CRIED when I first saw that scene

And when Faith knocks of the Mayors door in Consequences and she says "I guess you have a job opening" I know its such a small scene but the hatred in her eyes always gives me goosebumps.
