Hello everybody, i have now got my weights and my bench press. I have been doing some crunches recently and i could feel pain in my abdominal muscles, so hopefully if i keep going i will get abs soon. I need some advice on how to make muscles on your calf. My dad usually says running and skipping helps, but i know a lot of people who run and have really skinny legs and i don't like skipping. Do any of you lot know how to make calf muscles bigger and how please.

Star jumps is really good for them. Try to do 30 seconds then 1minute rest until you build your stamina up with them
