And what parts would you like to see them play?
For me;
SMG-writer whom Barney hires to ghostwrite his autobiography only for her to start taking some extreme liberties with the truth that he then has to live up to.
Nic Brendon-fellow art student who Lily dated during her summer in San Francisco only to discover he became a priest when she dumped him....making him even more irresistable to her!
Tony Head-Barney's idealistic former college professor who's aghast at the corporate shark his protege has become
Michelle Tractenberg-navy jet pilot whom Ted is crazy about but has to dump her because she's much more macho than he is
Amber Benson-voracious maneater corporate executive who heartlessly dumps Barney post sex, making him obsessed with her
Seth Green-Marshall's height obsessed new 'big man' boss who has a big problem with six feet four vikings
Kristine Sutherland-Robin's dominatrix like new boss whom may or may not be constantly attempting to seduce her
Emma Caulfield-girlfriend for Ted whom he eventually dumps because she always insists on dress up/roleplaying in the bedroom and never wants them to have sex as their ordinary selves
James Marsters-Robin Sparkles greatest fan who's now a major record executive and wants to restart her singing career.
David Boreanaz-new owner of McClarens who everyone likes but hates all the changes he makes
Charisma Carpenter-lawyer suing Barney on behalf of the women of America despite the undeniable attraction between them
Eliza Dushku-should be the mother, her identity revealed in the very last scene of the show.
Any other suggestions?

If I had to pick one it would be Michelle Tractenberg because I think she would fit well with the show. I would love to see Amber Benson or Eliza Dushku on there too.

I agree with the Michelle Trachenberg idea, she'd work well on the show.
How many Whedonverse actors have already been on the show? From what I remember we have: Alyson Hannigan, Alexis Denisof, Neil Patrick Harris, Amy Acker, Tom Lenk. Do we know of any more?

It would be all sorts of WIN if all those actors came on the show!!! I would love to see Amber Benson! I could totally see her play that part! Especially after seeing her in the movie Strictly Sexual.  |

actaully if they brought James Marster's on then he would HAVE to play Barney's Rival so on second thought, Seth Green should be a love intrest for Robyn, maybe play the "he is to short for me" thing... but that would be a little disapointing.
What about Danny Strong? He should play someone's little brother. or the record producer... that would be awesome.

Add Pat 'Wig Lady from DMP' Brown who is the woman Lily talks to on her flight in '3 Days of Snow'
Eliazabeth Anne Allen-married woman Ted has an affair with. He feels guilty but actually she's luring him into a 'devils threeway' with her husband Nathan Fillon
Juliet Landau-psychiatrist Marshall sends Barney to in order to find out if he's responsible for his actions and can avoid prosecution (crazy Dru now decides who's sane or not)
Clare Kramer-Tina Fey like comedian Ted dates. The gang all love her but then start to recognise themselves in the skits on her TV show.
Julie Benz-nude model Lily paints and finally sells some paintings to someone other than vets. But she grows worried that people don't buy them for her art as for the hot naked chick
Adam Busch-enviromental lawyer Marshall goes up against in court reminding him of what he used to want to be. But eventually discovers that he used to be a corporate sell-out who made millions on dodgy Wall Street deals and started working for charities as his community service.
Danny Strong-gay fashion designer whom Robin 'converts' by having sex with. She becomes famous/infamous as the 'homo-curer' but was he actually gay in first place or just pretending to get girls?
Armin Shimmerman-legendary architect whom Ted regards as his mentor but is now a hopeless drunk. Ted accompanies him to AA but then the gang start to question how much they all drink

I'd enjoy any of these scenarios, but I think Seth Green would fit in most. Agreed. I would love to see Seth on the show. Amber Benson as well. The two of them had such great chemistry with Aly. It would be awesome to see them working alongside one another for an episode. ^^ Forgot Morena Baccarin & Harry Groener I didn't even notice Hary Groener was in it! Just caught the ep with Harry Groener as Clint, Ted's new father in law. Great role and very different to the Mayor, that's for sure.
Also in the ep where Marshall get's mugged by a monkey I swear I saw Miss Edith amongst the dolls?
