I'm looking for a fanfic author called Wyndgyrl. She writes femslash involving the core Scoobies. It's sometimes romantic but rarely erotic and never vulgar, and she really gets the characters and situations. This is really kickass stuff. I want to archive it, promote it, even produce some of it as audio drama if I can.
Only problem. I can't find the author to get her approval.
She has an Angelfire site that you can find on Google, and an email address is given there ...
wyndgyrl@yahoo.com
My emails don't bounce, but she doesn't answer. I suppose she's not checking that box.
I figure there's a good chance somebody on this board knows her well enough to contact her on my behalf.
Thanks, guys!

Midwestern, I think she's been out of commission for awhile now. I used to read all her stuff and then it just stopped in '08. Sorry, I know that's not helpful, just letting you know she may be a lost cause.
Man, I loved her stuff, though! She had some really awesome stories, it wasn't all about the graphic slash scenes, her stories were really well thought out, all in-character and quite gorgeous sometimes (sometimes slightly disturbing).

I did try that site you found, Caroline. There was a "contact" button that I clicked and I sent her a message. I don't know if that's a different channel of communication than her yahoo account or not. I also tried a few other sites, but they all lead me back to the same Angelfire site. Damn.

I'm already on buffynfaith.net, it seems like a pretty good fanfic site. I didn't think of the forums though, silly me. I just posted over there, hope it pays off, thanks!
