Just had to share with someone that was over the age of five that I finally found a job and it's a job were I get to stay with my kids all day!!! I'm very excited now I can stop selling of my Scifi/Buffy Collection on Ebay lol.  ;D |

I'm going to be watching a few kids from my old daycare here at my home! They are two sisters and they are friends with my kids so I'm looking forward to it! I'm in Grad school to be a teacher and I was a preschool teacher till I was let go at my old Daycare because of lack of money to pay employees and since I had only just returned from maternity leave I was let go first  Been staying home with the kids trying to get a job, but don't you hate to hear your over qualified to work a part time job at wal mart of all places i eamn really they wouldn't hire me for Christmas help at wal mart because I was too qualified! |

oh yeah you did. yeah that was cheap, i just wanted to move those to make room. I origianlly bought them for the buffy stories then they put them in the Season eight TPB volome 6 so I didn't need them anymore. now you know too how cheap people can mail you TPB to where you live don't let anyone from the US charge you and arm and a leg for shipping.
Yeah i felt it was discriminating too but when i filed for unemployment my previos owners said i quit because i was upset that my hours got cut due to lack of funds and here in the us what a business owner says apparently goes. Yeah like i would quit somewhere that i've taught preschool for two years and my students love me . . . . . anyways it's over with now.

It sounds like what you guys need, both at daycare and at Walmart, is a union.
Suppose your boss wanted to discipline or fire you, and there was actually somebody you could go to, who was interested in protecting your interest, and had enough power to make the boss at least explain and justify what he's doing, according to some rules and principles accepted in advance. Doesn't that sound good?
