I've always loved Buffy but as I'm getting older, I'm enjoying Angel more than when it first aired. I still haven't gotten around to Firefly but I will eventually!

When I finally owned both DVD sets of Buffy and Angel and started watching them both each year, I would always find that after watching Angel and then Buffy, I would turn around and watch all of Angel again. With Buffy I always start to get bored around season 6, and will sometimes even skip an episode or two. Never happened with Angel.

It's always hard for me to get through the first season of Angel. Snooze fest! But after that it gets sooooo good. i liked the first season of angel it was simple and it had doyle i find it hard to rewatch season 4 everything about that season annoyed me oh exept for when angelus came out to play that was cool |

Buffy. Just was never able to get interested in Angel, and only really liked a couple of the episodes I saw.

Definitely Buffy. It's just my favourite TV show for SO many reasons. Angel comes dead-on second though.  |

I'll always be a big supporter of Season 4 as I've always thought it was brilliant, but I know I am in the minority. It was a long time before I decided Season 5 was my favorite season of Angel, but in the end it came down to the fact that most of my favorite episodes are in Season 5 (although Spin the Bottle is my favorite Buffyverse episode, and that was in Season 4).

No vote from me. I can't split these two apart. They are both part of the Buffyverse and I love them both equally. I watch them together, and where one lacks, the other rocks. I know I shouldn't, but I count them as one show. Also have big love for Firefly, right after Buffy/Angel. The characters on Firefly are just amazing, I think it's impossible to hate one of them.

I agree that Angel And Buffy should be viewed as one show. The best way to watch both shows is together, following the timeline.

I voted Buffy... Angfel was a great series as well (Should of went at least 2 more seasons) As for Firefly I never saw it till I bought the season on DVD

I found Angel to become more and more engrossing as it became more convoluted. You literally never know what to expect. Anything can happen on Angel.

I voted for Buffy b/c all in all I think it did the most and gave the characters the most room to develop.
However, looking only at the first 14 episodes, Firefly would win hands down. I think if Firefly would have ran for 5-7 years it would have been truly awesome. *crosses fingers for Dollhouse*

Buffy's the best, IMO. Angel a close second, and I could never get into Firefly. I really tried. I sat through more than the first half of the season, but it just didn't grasp me :/
