According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dollhouse will likely air midseason:

UPDATE! 5/11/08

We still wont know for sure until Thursday, but it's just seeming more and more likely. Even if it is midseason, hopefully everything will work out fine, it did for Buffy. I think if FOX advertises it well and puts it in a good timeslot, it will do good.

"The Hollywood Reporter today reports that Dollhouse is being eyed as a mid-season premiere.

We have checked with multiple people, and they all say the same thing: The Hollywood Reporter has it wrong.

The air date will be confirmed next Thursday (the 15th). But as far as everybody is concerned right now, it's still looking at a Fall premiere."

First post updated with more news! Midseason is pretty much confirmed, but it's been picked up for more episodes! I don't about you, but I'd take a midseason premiere with 13 episodes over a fall premiere with 7 episodes, anyday!

Perhaps after seeing some early prints, or even a completed pilot, Fox is putting a lot more faith in this show now? Either way, very happy about 13 episodes!

Isn't that already more than Firefly ever got? How come they are utting so much effort into this but threw Firefly around so much. Whats changed now and if things have changed that much why is Firefly not back or even being though about being brought back. Did FOX ever apologise or admit they were wrong for canceling Firefly??
