becoming an extra on Dollhouse

is this at all possible for a non-actor to become an extra in Dollhouse?

i think that would be such a cool gig to just be in the background somewhere.

anyone have any ideas?

Yeah It would be brilliant. I mean Danny Strong aka Jonathan Levinson was just a background extra in season 2 of Buffy and they just kept calling him back as an extra he was then a hostage in whats my line part 2 and then hw had his very own episode in ear shot where he tried to kill himself and then again in season 4's superstar. AND THEN he was one mini big bad for season 6...then later killed by Andrew to put blood in the seal of danzelthor.

So would be awesome to be an extra plus you'd probably get to meet Eliza Dushku, Amy Acker and all the new memeber of Dollhouse....wow I've just re-read my post and realised how much of a geek I really am I knew the episodes he was in and the names (I secretley love it though)

Well, Danny Strong wasn't really an extra, he was an actor that was cast.

I think being an extra would be very cool. Just walking around and talking to people while they shoot. It'd be an amazing experience.

I guess one way to do it is to send an inquiry to the casting directors of the show. hit them all with the same letter so at least one will give you a basic answer back (possibly including what agency they work with..). or if you're in the LA area just trying to listen out for any times they'll be shooting in public and kind of work your way in lol.

I've looked around for you (and me both) and honestly it doesnt look like they're looking. I'd get involved in a legit agency and then make sure you tell them you're open to that show. they work for you remember!

Lol, I reckon that that would be THE most awsome experience! It would be so fun. I would love to be an extra on Dollhouse or anything BtVS related really.
