I voted Anya. She was with them for years and then other than in the last 5 minutes Chosen she isn't really mentioned. As sad as Xander seemed in Chosen you'd think he might think about her after that at least occasionally.

People tend not to use 'She's dead' as a figure of speech.
Or maybe I'm outdated... I always feared this would happen. A day where I'm at the ripe age of fifteen with life behind me and no future. Where, I've become out of touch with the youth of today. If only I could turn back the clock, a year to whre I'd be young again...
Sorry about the rant. I get worried.

Cordelia. She was such an integral part of the both shows. They should've made a bigger deal out of her death.
And also not mentioned but deserves an honorable mention-- Kendra. She was a slayer after all, AND part of the original line.

Anya...not even on the show because I get that there really wasn't a lot of time to go into deep pathos, however I read the comic and I believe not much if anything has been discussed about Anya, drives a person bug shagging crazy

Neither Anya's nor Cordelia's deaths were handled properly. I voted for Anya because that ending was horrendous to the max.

I'm going for Anya! She was such a wonderful character and then she just died and I mean Andrew seemed to care more than Xander did!

Jessy anyone? He was Willow and Xander's best friend for years and they never mention him again after episode 2!

Very true! I'd completely forgotten about him! It bothers me how he's supposed to be Xander's best friend yet he's barely effected by his death! And then in all other seasons Xander and Willow mention how they've been best friends forever, like no-one else existed.

Cordelia!!! By far. I think I've ranted about this a few times and I still stand by it

Normally I would say Tara, but my indignation over her death is more about how quickly they moved Willow on.
So I went with Cordelia. For such a integral character, they really glossed over her death and definitely did not give her the mourning she deserved.

Honestly, I feel like the only character who actually did get a proper mourning was Joyce.
Everyone else it felt like they moved on the by the next episode...Maybe Jenny could be argued since Giles was still hanging onto the idea of her ghost in I Only Have Eyes For You, but other than that they were either practically forgotten by the next episode or their death was overshadowed by something (Like Willow going batshit crazy and the gang having to stop her from destroying the world).
