id love another buffy game,there was petition on petitiononline.com under buffy video game and its like a new buffy video game,theres about 823 signatures including mine u guys should sign!!!

My concept of the game would be maybe what happend after s7 or something and you would be buffy or which ever character you may have chosen because you would be able to pick from any of the main surviving characters and each character would have their own story to tell in their perspective. Id want this game to be as great,better in fact than the tomb raider anniversary game which is outstanding!!!I want more acrobatics too!! and for buffy and the gang to have the style as they did on the show,like buffy i got tired of seeing her in that same leather jacket and jeans and that ponytail all through chaos bleeds,the 1st one was great with her clothes because they fit her in high school and they changed,but the pontail was there...! they should change her outfits and hair and make it more realistic and like she was in the show. if it were set in any previous seasons where they were in sunnydale id like it to be open exploring like in Grand theft auto but in a buffy game.id also like to be able to go to buffys house and walk through like in tomb raider and maybe change or sumthing.it would be cool if like u wanted to practice your moves u would have to patrol and you would go to a cemetery or vamp nest.

Id love a faith ot fray game that would be even awesome!!!especially fray!!!

I think the only way a buffy game could happen is if the Buffy comics do really well as the show is not on the tv anymore. But I would love to play a new one. I have played the 2 ones soooo many times,,, good thing the xbox 360 accepts regular xbox games

I really would like for a new Buffy game to be released...wouldn't it be great if it came out on Wii? Being able to stake a vamp, have a sword fight, or just fight in general would be awesome. It'd be so much more realistic...Well, we can just hope and dream until then...

i think another videogame is needed, we need another one with dawn for example, oz, the potentials, one where we could use them all and with more scenarios, there are some things missing and where aly an emma would use their voices that was the only bad thing about chaosbleeds, the game was great anyway, but showing the initiative they should of shown riley or professor walsh as well, there were many things missing, just saying, i won both games hard but great!! and the new game should have all the buffy villains, all of them including dark willow

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Season 8 - The Video Game

PLAYABLE CHARACTERS:

The Opening Level:

You play as Buffy Summers as you have just landed on the rooftop of the castle, two playable slayers behind you (for multiplayer). You have to find an entrance and get inside. After you've done that, you are to fend off three giant demons with long arms and an apetite to kill! Once you've offed the demons, a movie part will play introducing the game with opening credits as of such.

Level 1: The Dreamscape

You play as Buffy Summers as you're stuck in her dream. A movie part is before this that shows how she's in the dream but that's not the point. You have ETHAN RAYNE'S voice in the background guiding you through the level and teaching you new moves as of such. The enemies you face in the dreamscape level are ghost like images that can be easily taken out, they're put in there to give off the dream like world. Those ghost like enemies are the Master, Adam, Glory, Uber vamps, and random vamps. No weapson required. As Ethan guides you through this level you get riddles to solve and other sort of obstacles you need to complete to get out of the dream world. At the end of the level, you come across a giant ghost-like Mayor in the form of the snake as this is your boss for the level. Throughout the level you pick up parts that in the end create a flamethrower which you use to fight him off.

Level Two: Like a Wicca Scorn

In this level you play as three main characters; Renee being the first. At the start of the level, you are with other slayers (for multiplayer) as you face off killer zombies that are trying to destroy command central. After you pass through several and collect the first shard of three to weaken Amy, your time as Renee is over. Your then Xander who is in comman central, fending off the zombies that have gotten through. You have a shard of the crystal ball to collect too once you've gotten to a certain point. Last of all, you play as Willow in a mid air battle; versing the boss of the level - Amy. She is carrying the last of the shard and you must use magical spells of sorts to fend her off; fireballs, shields, force fields, electricity, shock waves etc. Kennedy's voice is in the backgroudn guiding you through her moves. Once you've injured Amy enough and have retrieved the shard from her, the level is over.

Level 3: The Long Way Home

Willow has been captured and it is your job as the slayer to get her back. Make your way through the destruction of CIA labs as you can play as Buffy or Satsu. You fight angry soldiers, injured soldiers, weapon wielding soldiers, and gun wielding soldiers. There are several items you need before getting there such as keycards and DNA stuff like that to get passed doors but once you get to the end of the level, you come across General Voll who is the boss of the level. He has control of larger weapons and an army of soldiers. You have to defeat the army and destroy the weapons before you can take the General out in a simple hit (its harder than it sounds).

Level 4: Undercover and Five by Five

You play as Faith as you are undercover at a royal party as your job is to get in and out as quickly as you can. At the start of this level you have to keep an eye on Genieve and follow her without being seen. Then after you follow her outside a small cutscreen movie happens and you get picked up by giant creatures. The cutscreen stops. You now have to fend off three giant rock trolls with objects that surround you. You on the ground and mobile but the trolls are up in the air and are throwing stuff down at you. When you dodge long enough, they jump down for a breather and that's when you can attack. Once finishing them all off yuo've completed the level.

Level 5: Slayer vs Slayer vs Slayer

At the start of this level, you play as Buffy as you find yourself in a life and death battle against Genieve. There is one sword and it can easily be snatched back and forth out of each others hands. You pretty much have to weaken her to the point of death before a cutscreen appears. In the cutscreen Faith screams "Noo!" and leaps out at you. As you smash out the window the game returns. You are falling and button combinations appear on the screen, get them right and you land in the water safely, get them wrong, you miss the pool and die. Once landed in the pool safely, you come across a combat scene with Faith. You have to fend her off to get her health low too just like with Genieve. Only this time, Faith has a drowning technique which is when she holds you underwater. When this happens, button combinations appear and you have to do them to stop yourself from drowning.

Level 6: No Future For You

You play as Faith & Giles in this sixth level of the season eight video game - first up, Faith. Single handedly fend off Genieve using multiple slayer moves and combinations. This boss is quite hard and strong but you can defeat her. A cutscreen appears when you've weakened Geneivel showing her being hurled across the screen and landing on an exe -- dying. When it ends, you play as Giles. As Giles, you're as flexable as the other playable characters. You can use magical spells which is instructed to you by Buffy. The aim of this part of the level is to fight off the warlock and retrieve his book of spells. After that you play once more as Faith to fight off remaining trolls and ghouls.

Level 7: A Beautiful Sunset

Play as Buffy as you roam the cemetery with Satsu. In this mission you literally roam the cemtery -- going through every access point possible in search of some objetive (could be anything). You go through the sewer tunnels and fight zombies, vampires, the whole en cha lada. But when you reach the end of the level, you come to a sudden stop. A cutscreen happens to where Buffy and Satsu share the feelings about the whole lip gloss thing. They go in for a kiss when BANG! Satsu gets knocked out. Custscreen ends. You don't have much time to spare as Twilight is very quick in movement. You learn more slayer moves in this one now that you have your scythe and that your facing a big boss. You have to trick him into smashing through one of the churches to slow him down long enough. While he's down, you attack. Cutscreen: half health he grabs you and takes you up in he air. In the final part of the level, you have to try and steer him through objects in the air and once he's down to a quarter health, you land. Cutscreen: Buffy lying on the ground injured really badly and Twilight ready for more. Now, you have to do the finishing move which is a combination of several buttons, resulting with your scythe going for his groin. Cutscreen: he grabs the scyth and stops Buffy, telling her he already knows that move; then in one final swing her knocks you out.

I'll finishing writing the other ideas for the levels after, I'm too tired right now.

Sorry, but no thanks on that Season 8 game.. I'm not even reading the comics. What I want is a game of the whole series... kinda like each season has like 3 levels and you go throughout every season of Buffy and kill the big bad. I think that would be fun, we need to have Glory in one of the games!

Any new addition to the verse is good. I'm all for a new game especially since the gaming world has moved on alot since the last Buffy game. I'd like to see what they come up with.
