Willows got some nice clothes for sure but has anybody notcied that for a couple of the issues in the first few comics, it looked like she was wearing that same green dress?

she was... that was the point... it could possibly be forshadowing tara's return.

You mean that in Long Way Home, she was wearing the same outfit the whole time(which wouldn't be weird, she flew in, Idon't think she brought wardrobe)? Or did was thqt dress used in No Future for you as well?

It was just a lil nod to Tara's outfit in OMWF. I think it was probably also an attempt to make iconic appearances for the major players too, so they were more distinctive in comic form.

In 'Long Way Home' Willow wore the same green dress in the 1st four parts. Probably because they are all in the time period...as in she wouldn't have had time to change. I mean, look at what happened: She flew in, fought Amy, made the slayers kiss Buffy, then (if I'm not mistaken) chit-chatted with Buffy (and later Xander), got kidnapped, almost died, and then got saved. I think the issues were pretty much back-to-back same day and night, ya know? I'd say that they chose the dress for one reason, it helped some folks be sure that it was Willow. She was kind-of known for her bad wardrobe, so it may have been because the comic had just started and maybe Georges wanted some casual buyers (maybe people who don't really follow the show/comics as closely as us Slayalivers) to pick it and say 'Red hair and ugly dress? Yep! That's my Willow!'.

Willow was wearing jeans and a white shirt in No Future for You and different clothes in Time of Your Life.

In my opinion the green dress was just there to establish Willow's new Sorceress Supreme status, and nothing more. That dress made her look like a Earth-Goddess high priestess and I think that was the intention. Plus Willows hair is red and green and red go good together- they make a strong visual effect.

Okay it makes sense now, the Long Way Home Story arc did occur all around a couple of days. But i thought she was also wearing that dress in that Time of Your Life poster that was posted on this forum. Anyways, red and green do look good together, in fact they're complimentary colours for those of you who took art class in school. It is nice to see that Willow's hair was longer in time of your life and that they paid tribute to her most recent look on the show, the one that depicted the new Willow, post-darkness and Tara. Not that post-Tara was great or anything

People can change, I understand that, but Willow needs to stop with the ugly dresses and put on some normal damn clothes. Seriously.
What happened to her giant birthday cake outfits?

Those were normal? At least she had some fashion sense in S7. Did you see her outfit in 'Selfless'? Red hair, red shirt, red tights and some of the nastiest sizing I've ever seen. Frumpilicious. MB x
