Ok, got to put in my shameless plug. WonderCon is hosted by the same group that brings us SDCC. It's smaller scale but still has all the comic industry and Hollywood feel with a much much smaller crowd. This year a ton more movies and TV shows are coming to promote plus don't forget the comic guys. Brian K Vaughan is having a panel and he is one of the writers for the new Buffy comic. So if you guys have time, check it out. I'll be there! WonderCon March 2-4

Just a quick recap since I'm still recovering from working the registration desk. I was able to make it down to the retailer's floor a few times and I got to meet Nate Fillion as he promoted his new show DRIVE. And yes, he is as nice as they come from Hollywood. He was super friendly with the fans and the convention staff. He's one funny guy too. I've always been a fan of Jane Espenson but after meeting her, I'm even a bigger fan!!!!! She was just the nicest person and signed everything for everyone and chatted with everyone who was there. She loves coming to cons to meet her fans. I was really glad to have seen she had a steady flow of fans meeting her. Talked to Brian K. Vaughn for a little and he was tight lipped about his story arc for the new comic. Everyone involved with the comic is extremely secretive about their projects
