If Tara does return to season eight, I'd personally like to see Christopher Golden and/or Amber Benson working on her character. They did such a great job on the Willow&Tara comic, and Chris really captured Tara's character in "Dark Congress".

I'd be happy with just a memory or spiritual presence from her... and Anya.

Tara = Love. though of course, Willow will always be my all time favorite, Willow and Tara together just melt my heart every time i see them. Even if it isn't a heart-melty moment, all my insides just go 'aaawwwwww'.

I wish that we could see Tara in S8, if only for a minute. I feel like Willow needs to know that she still loves her, and that they'll always be together in a way. I am glad that Willow went through the growth, but she needs Tara!

well, here's a quote form one of the Georges Jeanty Q and As
Read the last sentence. looks like she might be in the comics after all...unless he just draws her for fun.

Yea, why would he just draw her for fun? Not that it's bad, it would just be SUPER random that he would do that...That makes me hopeful!

Actually Jeanty has drawn Tara as a part of the sketchbook's he sells. He was most likely just referring to that.

Click here to be directed to the thread discussing Jeanty's sketchbooks. Tara is on the first page. Check it out... I personally feel that although the likeness isn't perfect, he does nail the essential bits, like the naughty glint in her eyes.

Dear lord, I love Tara so much. I usually love everything Joss does, but killing her makes me angry to this day. She had such great potential and was becoming an amazing character before they killed her. Damn you, Joss, for killing her.

i will always love Tara. for those of you who have never seen me, i'm a hardcore Twillow shipper, and that involves loving Tara. i just wish we had gotten to see more of her before her death, and that she had been developed more outside her relationship with Willow.

I doubt they'll do it but I'm still holding about a slim bit of hope for Joss's 'Buffy gets one wish and uses it to bring back Tara for Willow' idea. He's said that they were going to do it in the finale but there were scheduling conflicts or something and they couldn't do it (obviously...) "While speaking at the Wizard World Chicago Convention in August 2004, Joss Whedon claimed that he had planned to bring Tara back from the dead at the end of Season Seven. According to Whedon, the episode would have centered around Buffy being granted one "life-altering" wish. Buffy would have spent the whole episode trying to decide what she wanted to do with the wish (including, possibly, restoring Angel's humanity). The episode would have ended with Buffy telling Willow that she'd just gotten a great new pair of shoes, and when Willow asked her if she used up her wish on new shoes, Buffy would have said, "No, silly!" and stepped aside to reveal Tara. This plan was abandoned when Amber Benson was unavailable for filming. At the 2007 Comic-Con, he referred to this idea as well." - quote source - comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=11030

hahaha! the 'kennedy can suck it' one is hilarious!!!!! LOL! yeah, that's my favorite. i kinda want to use it... Scott Allie said Tara will not be coming back to life, but he other day me and Iceeh were talking in the cbox and Iceeh said there should be a scene from the 'other side' with Anya and Tara and Joyce and Jenny and stuff. i told her to send it in to Scott XD.

JW, That'd be a superb idea if they would do that. I'd just love to see where/what the others are doing, now that they're gone:(. I'm desperate to see something about how they're doing, esp Tara and Jenny! Btw, this is awesome that Tara is the person of the month! I love her so much!

Tara, Jenny, Anya and Joyce hanging out together in Heaven? Funny idea. What would they have to show us? Joyce would be making brownies for Anya while Tara and Jenny get to know each other over a glass of lemonade? I'd like to see that actually.
