Okay, am I missing something?
I distinctly remember a scene at the start of one or two of the episodes where Buffy was talking to The First who was in the form of Jenny Calendar.
Last year when I watched both Buffy and Angel series' back to back, there was no Jenny scene...at all.
Could someone explain this? Did the scene get cut?

the first showed up in AMENDS, season 3. it was the thing taunting angel and it showed up as Jenny through much of the episode. that was also the first meeting with the first. buffy killed its worshiper guys and the first appeared as a monster, instead of a dead character.
As for season 7, i do not remember if jenny ever showed up. I am rewatching all my buffy/angel right now too, but i am only on buffy 3, so if i see another scene, i'll let you know!

The First Evil only appeared as Jenny Calendar in the episode Amends. It did not assume her visage in any other episode(s).

Thanks a lot guys, I'll check out that episode and get back to you.
What I do remember about the clip was that Buffy was in a cave or something and the first appeared as a ghost/monster with ram-like horns.

no prob! yeah, the first is all grr and monster in the cave after she kills the worshipers. the first is only jenny to angel to haunt him for what he did as angelus.
