Since they are dead and all the normal body processes would stop I would think.

Well, strictly speaking with regards to the Buffyverse vamps - I think they do - if they eat food and drink.
Even tho they are dead and normal human body processes should have stopped when they were turned, there are several occasions that show normal body functions working.
For one we've see vamps drunk all the time, but if their body was not processing what they were taking in, the alcohol shouldn't have any effect on them. Also Angel tells Joyce he doesn't drink coffee because it makes him jumpy - same principle. Also we've seen vamps cry, sweat, etc.

Yeah I assumed they did cause they do eat and drink blood and other stuff so I guess they do go to the toilet. We have to remember that even though they are supposed to be dead they are actually undead.  |

I think it depends on whether they choose to actually eat anything. Spike was always eating stuff even though he didn'y need too, so he probably needed to get it out of his system. If a vampire didn't eat any food (just blood) I expect they would have to use the bathroom a lot less.

I have thought this too but then I remembered Spike and the Wheatabix. That stuff would make anyone use the bathroom I think. I think if it was just blood then they wouldn't go at all maybe because the blood would be a replacement of what they were already lacking. It would keep them animated and such since they didn't have a functioning heart. I don't know though. Do Anne Rice vamps use the potty? Everything about them is blood - sweat, tears, etc.

Well, in any movie I've seen about the Queen - we never have a "got a run to the loo" scene and I am pretty sure she uses the toilet, so why wouldn't the vamps - maybe they only need to once a month or so.
