Do you think we'll get a FRAY show someday?

I finally got to read the FRAY TPB the other day. I loved it. And it really got me wishing and hopeing that a show about Melaka Fray would get made someday. Do you think it's possible we'll ever see one?

If the Buffyverse is ever going to countine on screen it's most likey gonna be FRAY.

I also don't see a Buffy movie, TV spin-off, or anything elsethat has to do with TV or movie.

Nope. Doesn't seem likely that there will be more on tv, since the comics are doing fine.

Well I guess I'll just have to wait for a new Fray or Buffy/Angel video game.

Like that would ever happen as well.

I think a Fray movie could be possible with the new arrangement between Dark Horse and Universal (It was Universal..right?)...that's not to say it will happen, but there is a possibility there.

Sorry I have hopes that there will be a buffy/angel movie of some sorts. Joss Whedon won't let it die. Like he didnt let Firefly die. There's too much of a fan calling thats a Buffy movie or Angel movie. I see it happening. As far a Fray series or movie. I wouldn't know I dont know anything about Fray

I would love to see a Fray show come out...but I doubt it will EVER happen...

Nah, it wouldn't work, it'd cost too much to get all that detail in a series- floating cars, huge buildings, massive demons, in most shots. It works in a comic because there are no budgetry constraints.
Now if they had a new Fray comic that'd be great. We just have to see what happens in 'Time of Your Life'.

I was just thinking realistically.
Like someone else said, the budget would probably be too small.

I don't think another Fray comic series is out of the question though.
In fact, I think it's very likely judging by how well S8 has been selling and how well TOYL will sell.

I think that Fray would be great filmed in the same way thet Beowolf was - It would allow for the flying cars, visual characteristics of the characters, etc. It still uses actors but is much more flexible. I wonder who they would pick to be Melaka?

I think a Fray show would be possibe. They wouldn't really need any of the BtVS stars for it...so they could pretty much get a brand new crop of people.

However, it'd be amazing to have a video game.
