Hey all, Just finished my latest custom (and first custom of ‘07), Gunn from the Angel S2 episode “First Impressions” He was made from a MAC ‘Angel’ human Angel, and Lex Luthor head. He comes with an alley stand as base, and that classic hubcap axe as an accessory. He retains articulation in his wrists and legs only, with minimal movement in his left bicep. He is for sale, for £25 plus postage. PM me if interested. I started this Gunn custom a little while ago, and with the rumoured cancellation of the regular line, I felt compelled to finish him. I experimented with dry brushing and washes with this custom, which I usually avoid, but I’m surprisingly really pleased with it; particularly with the red colour. I used a little artistic licensing with the axe, because I kept breaking it whilst trying to assemble it. So the final piece is a little off in accuracy, but fairly sturdy, which again, I’m pleased with. It was assembled with components from a BY Spike shovel, DST Vamp Angel axe, and a MAC Buffy 2 axe. Again, with washes and drybrushed, to make it look more like metal. Sorry for the poor quality pics, I’ll attempt to get some more up tomorrow, in natural daylight. Thanks for looking, and comment if you wish EDIT: And now new pics! Enjoy.

Wow...just...that's a GREAT Gunn. The paintjob is smooth, the axe and base are perfect, the sculpt and overall design of parts fits nicely.
I'd give it a 9.5....just b/c I hate giving 10s. LOL.

I love that custom, Rich! It looks great, and I really love the detail you put into his sweatshirt/jacket. It looks really professional! I think my favorite part is the axe, though; to me, that axe IS Gunn in a nutshell, and you've done a GREAT job recreating that! Wonderful work.

he looks amazing! The part work perfectly together and they are complimented by an amazing paint job! The best part for me is the axe! Thats briliant! I was going to say that his skin tone looked a bit dark but after referencing pictures of J.August Richards, he looks perfect!

He looks really amazing. I hope thatr Gunn is in the next Deluxe line as he is overdue for a figure being there for all 5 seasons and even Lorne, Fred and Spike got figures but he never did.

Nice use of parts ! It's nice to have a character that doesn't exist as an official figure !
