There's way too many moments to be able to pick a favorite. I recently watched Tabula Rasa and my favorite moment is when they decide to go to the hospital and Spike says "Dad can drive. He's bound to have some classic midlife-crisis transport. Something red, shiny, shaped like a penis."

There are just so many to count. Pretty much every episode has one moment that is hilarious.
A few of my favorites:
- Giles dressed as a Wizard on the new Magic Box's grand opening
- Various scenes during Tabula Rasa
- Wesley in Spin the Bottle
- Angel and Spike arguing over Cavemen v.s. Astronauts

One part that I thought was funny but don't think was intended to be funny was when in Season 3.Buffy is nervous that Angel likes Faith.
He tells her "I've been with dozens of women like her, maybe more".
It's like hello buddy! You've lived for how long and this is what you say to your girlfriend. Real slick.
I also like Xander and Oz' conversation in the Zeppo.
Xander: You're in a band. That's like a business-class ticket to cool with complimentary mojo after take-off. I gotta learn an instrument. Is it hard to play guitar?
Oz: Not the way I play it.

im gonna have to go with pretty much everything andrew did and said! i do have two favs however, one is in storyteller, when andrew is filming willow and kennedy making out and talking about xanders carpentry, and the other is (i cant remember what episode right now) when he is retelling the story of faith and how she killed a volcanologist: "why would she kill someone who studies vulcans?" hillarious!!!

I think Anya's really funny and because she doesn't know what she's doing it makes it funnier. Also, in "No Place Like Home", Giles' wizard outfit with his big smile while Buffy just stares blankly at him. Classic...
