Who do you think were the funniest characters in the Buffyverse? For me, it has to come down to Anya and Oz. While Anya might be a rather obvious choice, Oz ranks so highly for me because there are lots of little lines of his which I find absolutely hilarious (I mock you with my monkey pants!)
Other characters up there are Giles and Spike when they are at their snarkiest, and Andrew.

for me its between anya and spike they have so many funny things they say.. but giles can be funny to like in the episode where buffy wantes a perfect thanks giving and willow brought frozen peas and buffy said oww there guna be mushy and willow said they wont be mushy and then giles goes i !(like mushy peas)! for some reason that just cracked me up lol  |

They all have their moments for me.
Giles is awesome in season 4. I love the argument in Yoko factor; drunken Giles goes to bed, Willow reveals she's gay and from above you hear "Blady hell!".

Oz, Spike, Anya, Willow, Giles, Andrew. I just like laughing at Andrew  everyone has their moments, but these are definitely my top 6. |

I'd vote for Anya. Can I just say that "WorldWithoutShrimp" is such a great line in itself. I have a horrible shrimp allergy so the concept of that world seems like a paradise to me.  |
