What if Willow could see his soul?

I haven't found this in a thread yet, so here goes. Remember in S7 when Anya was able to see Spike's soul, and she specifically said, "I can see you"? Now Willow is more powerful than any other human in the Buffyverse, so my question is, if Willow were to be in a room with Spike or Angel long enough, would she be able to see their souls? It's a concept I've entertained. I'm sure it won't happen, but wouldn't it be awesome if it did?

I bet she could, if she tried. She got the power and there must be spells for it. But you see, Anya has lived for a thousand years, maybe it's something you also can learn to sense or to see.

Well, I don't know about seeing their souls but she could probably feel their essence or whatever around her. Especially since the spell is performed by using big time magic, in which Willow could probably smell miles away.

Hmmm I'm not sure on this one. Willow does have a lot of power but who is to say that you need just power to sense a soul, maybe its just a gift..
In S4 only Tara is able to see that Buffy's soul is not in her body, and Willow had as much power as Tara in S4.
Also in S7 when Willow visits Spike in the school basement she does not "see" his soul. She did only see him for couple of minutes but it took Anya like a half of minute to figure it out, and Willow had a lot of power in S7.
I am sure that Willow would be able to locate or see Spike's or Angel's soul ( or any other spirit ) with a right spell or a ritual, but she does not have a natural gift to do it like Tara. Maybe in time she will develop ability do it by will, but I don't think its that important..

Willow is a lot more powerful now than she was in S7. You don't see many human witches in the Jossverse that can fly, teleport, and recognize someone they haven't met yet. Willow's only match in that way is Amy, but Amy got a lot of the magic she used from a military supply (as illustrated in TLWH).

Willow could probably sense more now than she would have or even Tara would have in the past.

I'm not saying that she doesn't have a lot of power - it was established in S6 finale that she is the most powerful Wicca in western hemisphere. I'm just saying that she had a lot of power in S7 ( less than now, bit thats a whole new theory on how she got that power ), and was still unable to sense Spikes soul - something that Tara and Anya did in like a second. Also in S7 with all of that power she was able to sense Hellmouth acting up in England, but she was not able to sense Potentials that came to Sunnydale, and she needed seer and a coven from England to locate it.
One more thing: She didn't feel Angel losing his soul in S4 of Angel ( and she is the one who put it there) - " the call of Fred" brought her to L.A.
If Joss and the other writers needed Willow to sense someone she could be able to do it in no time - that is the deal with Buffy-magic: the rule is - there are no rules. She didn't show the power to sense Spike's or Angel's because it was not necessary, if it was she would be able to do it.
