This would have been a great idea, but like someone else said, it just screams Cartoon Network to me. A little finer, less "cartoony" animation may have helped some.

If noggin could have kept The N afloat, it would've fit in just fine with O*grady! That show was definitely not for younger kids. It could totally be an online webseries. Not everything has to be on tv. |

I think the only place on tv for this is maybe late at night on a channel... Like Adult Swim. I can see why it never got picked up, it is the problem of finding where to put it.  |

I think Nicktoons could handle it. However, Adult Swim would be a great place to watch Buffy lol.

I love it. I think I read somewhere about someone asking Amber Benson if she was going to be on the animated show. I think she said something like, "Well, there starting at the beginning, but if they got up to where I am, I would definitely do it."
That would have been awesome! Not sure how they would show Willow and Tara as a couple though... People would probably get irked somehow and see it as "Promoting homosexuality to the youth," like that huge squabble they had about Spongebob's "sexuality".
Anyway, I'd just love to see those seven scripts animated. I got a very Kim Possible feel to this cartoon.

If the show gets made it will be the moments of season one that we didnt get to see.
Dawn will also be there even though she wasnt origionally in the early seasons.
I got this info from issue one of the new buffy/angel figurine magazine.

It's sad that this cartoon never got air time. The short clip is freaking sweet. I've showed it to several of my Buffy friends and they all loved it. It had so much potential. |
