I heard that was going to actually be a motion comic...like the Watchmen motion comic they did. It mentions that on there too. I just hope they don't try to build us up for an animated series and slam us on our faces like we have been so many times when it comes to Buffy stuff.

I dont like motion comics much  But why would FOX be involved and why would they put a trailer on the bones DVD? I have never seen a motion comic trailer be forced onto a FOX DVD Boxset in my life. |

i went to wikipedia and it said the show is being developed this year. There was also a quote from perez hilton saying that she show was coming. i dont know what to think. Until there is an official announcement, it's not happening. There is some sort of Buffy animated project in the works at FOX, but no one knows anything about it (if it is S8 related or old Animated Series related). Okay now I'm freaking out. I'm hearing this for the first time, but I don't think I'll get my hopes up for another disappointment. All we can do is wait and see. |

Hey guys! I was looking around and found this on a BtVS site. It's an older article, a bit after the series ended...still interesting nonetheless. It's not any new news, but it's interesting to see some words from Joss when he was trying to get people to BtAS. buffy.fan-sites.org/gallery/albums/episodes/othermagazines/SFX_jul2003_22.jpgI had no idea that Showtime Network was interested in the series! So it would of happened if Gellar commited? Disappointing. I'd of liked to see that. She does those goofy Robot Chicken episodes.........

Yeah tell me about it! This looks like it would be sweet! And correct me if I'm wrong but was that not all the real actors/actresses doing there voices? I could be wrong on this but i DON'T think SMG was doing her characters voice. I know Nick, Alyson and some others did their own voicework but I think for Buffy they got a soundalike. This show should get made, it'd totally have an audience! and I mean it's not TOO demanding on the actors to just do voicework, go in, record some lines, collect paycheck, go home and relax. Not like a full day (or week or more) of shooting for a live action show. |
