On Buffy, each actor had mutliple "looks" during the seven seasons. when do you think each character had a look that best suited the character they were playing? Buffy - i thought her hair in the season episode called "Him" was awesome, it was like a grown up version of her season one hair i wish she would have kept it like that for the rest of the season. Willow- although her short hair was fun, i thought that it was fulfilling the sterotype of how lesbians have short hair because as Willow got closer to coming out its like her hair got shorter and shorter. I thought her long hair in season seven was nice, like when she guest starred on Angel in the fifth season, that hair, similar to my comment abotu Buffy, was like a grown up version of her season 1 look. Xander- thought his longer hair in season 5 was good looking and suit his playful character well. Dawn - season 6 halloween episode was nice Anya - I really liked how her hair looked tied back in the musical episode when she wore that butterfly top with it. Tara - i cant decide if her short hair with the zig zag hair line in season 4 was the best fitting or her longer hair at the end of season 6, I have to say that Tara looks awesome with any hair style Giles - he looked relatively the same each season, short cut hair, works well with him i guess. Although whenever he didn't wear his glasses it really brought out his inner ripper.

I loved Buffy during Seasons 5 and 7. Smidge was able to bring in her own wardrobe starting in season 7, so that seemed to fit her a lot better. I loved her hair during 5 & 7. Although she didn't look bad with short hair, long hair fits her better. Willow's best look was S7 by far. She stopped wearing those rediculous outfits and her hair was a lot better. She looked like a grownup. Xander-loved the shaggy hair in 5 & 6. Giles was best in the last season, all the leather jackets and his glasses fit him a lot better. Angel(us)-leather pants, S2. Tara-Gosh I wish they would've dressed her better. I feel that 1-because she was a lesbian and 2-she was a little bigger than the other girls(and no offense meant by this, she is around the same size as I am), they dressed her poorly. She didn't have to wear the long skirts all the time, and there are clothes that fit a lot of people well that aren't a stick figure. I was always disappointed with her clothing.

I'm only doing the women because, in all honesty, i dont' notice what the hell the men are doing with their hair and appearance.
Buffy: season 7 toward the end, loved the bangs, i'm in the small group of people who thinks she looked better as a brunette than a blond. Willow: season 7 too and season 5 where she had the long-ish curly-ish hair. Anya: i liked her in (i forget the episode name) where she had the curly-ish hair (not as much as in Entropy*?*) and she had like jeans and a red top on... hottness... also in Lessons, both the Brown and Blonde, long hair... god damn it she was hot. Dawn: she was always ugly in my eyes, until he dyed her hair black and started wearing crazy amounts of eye liner, then she got hot. Tara: Season 6, Once More With Feeling she was really hott... Cordy: her final episode: You're Welcome gotta love the curls... Fred: Season 5 and when she's at her nerdiest. Drusilla: flashbacks... i did not like her in Angel Season 2 when she had that wierd fur jacket on? Darla: Season 4 (Angel)/season 3 (Angel)/ that hot school girl number. hottest when she has straight hair. Faith: All the time, every time... except in Bring it on (Eliza Dushku was in fact the only reason i saw that movie by the way) when she had that greasy dread-type hair Joyce: The Only time she wasn't looking too god was in season 1 with the haircut she always had, but wayyyy shorter... Glory: i always thought she looked better with straight hair... Gwen: always hot... Do you see a nipple? Harmony: i thought she was hottest when human.

Haven't covered everyone, just the ones who's fashion sense caught my attention.
Buffy - Anthing from season four onwards. Don't like her high school hair. Willow - The grown up season four/five look. Xander - Season eight, toned up and badass eyepatch. Giles - Prefer him out of the tweed. Anya - Season five/six. I like her trait of always changing her hair but hate her brunette. Cordy - Pre-Angel season two and "You're Welcome". Let's try to forget the in-between look. Wesley - Season four/five, who knew he was hot? Fred - Preferred her geekier season three look.

Buffy: Late Season 6 (Seeing Red and on), with the short-but-not-too-short blond haircut. Xander: Season 1 and 2, when he was thinner and more boyish. Willow: Season 4, with the shorter hair (and better clothes). Giles: In Grave, without the glasses. Spike: Post-Intervention pre-Once More, With Feeling bed-hair of redemption. Anya: I think she looks better as a blonde, as, for example, in Once More, With Feeling. Tara: Likewise; liked her best with her blond, zigzag haircut in Season 4. Angel: Season 1 of Buffy. I like 'em skinny. Cordelia: Season 1 and 2 of Angel, with her long hair. Wesley: Season 4 of Angel. Rawr. Gunn: With his short hair (and the lack of a goatee) in Season 5 of Angel.
Didn't pay much attention to the others.

Buffy - I thought she looked really good in early season 3. Xander - Season 3 and early season 5 (especially in Family). The longer hair looked great on him. Oh, and, of course, the Go Fish speedo scene ;D Willow - I liked the curly short hair she had from the middle to the end of season 5. The longer season 7 hair really suited her, too. Angel - Definitely seasons 2 and 3 of Buffy and season 1 of Angel. It all went downhill after that. I especially liked the season 2 Angelus look...gotta love the leather pants. Spike - He looked incredible with messy bedhead hair in late season 5 and early season 6! Mmm! Plus, I was kind of relieved because he'd finally lost the weird-looking early to mid-season 5 tan...the pale look definitely suits him better (just watch In the Dark.) Giles - Two words. Band Candy. Cordelia - You're Welcome. She looked great. Faith - Ooh, tough...I guess season 1 of Angel, but really, she always looked great. Tara - I think I'm in the minority when I say I really loved the Once More, With Feeling dress. I can't say I know many people who would ever even contemplate wearing it, but she looked so pretty in it. Riley - Early season 5. I can't say I was a big fan of the floppy, greasy hair he had in season 4. Gunn - Seasons 3 and 4. He looked good with the goatee. Plus, he wasn't stuck wearing the ridiculous suits they put him in when he was all lawyer-y.

Buffy- season 2. Her hair was weird, but her attire was very sexy.
Willow- season 4 and 5. I love her with short hair. And Willow was at her hottest as Dark Willow.
Cordelia- Every episode of Angel, minus her Jasmine days.
Anya- I love her as a blonde.
Tara- She always looked gorgeous.
Fred- season 5.
Faith- She looked her best in season 3.

Buffy - mid-S6, right after she cut her hair--it really was adorable. Runner-up: late-S2, right around "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered". Willow - S4/5. Especially love her in "Where the Wild Things Are" for some reason, and that funky curly look she had in "Triangle". Dawn - Early-S7, after she lightened her hair. Plus, tho Dawn was 16, MT had just turned 18, so you could now have naughty thoughts about her without being a perv. Tara - mid-S5, with the darker hair. Faith - Always looked better on "Angel" than "Buffy", I thought (esp. "Five By Five"/"Sanctuary"). Whether it was the makeup, or lighting, or what, I'm not sure... Cordelia - S1 & first-half of S2 of "Buffy". Before the boob job... Not much to say about the guys, except that I definitely prefer Angel and Xander in the early years, before David and Nick started to put on weight...

Buffy - Season 7, especially End of Days with the ponytail. but i don't really pay much attention to Buffy. Willow - oh, when doesn't Willow look good? i'm not a fan of the short hair, but she really looks good in Where the Wild Things Are. also love the long hair in Season 7. Anya - definitely NOT in Hush. eeug! and what is with the backless shirt? and not the Season 6 curly blonde hairdo in Entropy with the full on red outfit (i think it was?). i liked her as a brunette, and her having her hair up really suited her. Tara - i always remember her in Where the Wild Things Are with the pigtails. so cute. i remember thinking how good she looked at the end of Seeing Red, and then, well, you know... Dawn - Season 7 when she started to look more grown up. and uh, in Him. no further need for explanation. ;D Cordelia - before Season 3 of Angel. Fred - i can't really remember a specific time, but she's always insanely cute.

Man... you guys are oddly specific. I'm not sure I'm going to able to remember specifically which episode these came from. Here's a few of my favorite characters. Buffy: I really liked her outfit when Anya is talking to Buffy outside on her porch. Anya was trying to make Buffy use the "wish" word to use it against Xander. For some reason, I found Buffy's outfit smexy. (smart + sexy) Willow: Hmm... I loved MANY Willow outfits. I know a lot of people thought Willow dressed too dorky at times, but I loved her red over-alls. My favorite Willow outfit/look was probably in season six. Really any dress she wore with shoulder length straight hair, I found her alluring. There's also one episode in season four where Willow, Giles, Buffy, and Xander and standing across from each other outside on the college campus the night after they all exploded at each other because of Spike's meddling. Willow's outfit and hair are SO adorable in that scene. Sometimes I watch that scene just to see Willow's hair. Is that bad? Tara: Blah. I agree with whoever mentioned earlier that Tara did not have the best outfits. Which is a shame. Tara's figured a lot like I am too, and it would have been nice if the show had made an effort to show that just because you aren't super thin, you can still look snazzy and stylish. Of course, her dress in OMWF is probably the sexiest outfit of hers that pops into mind. Can I include the red sheet she and Willow were supporting at the beginning of "Seeing Red"? That was sexy. I really like Tara's red leather coat that she wore at Joyce's funeral too. I liked Tara's hair the best in season six, but her blonde criss-cross in season four was cute too. Xander: I liked his look the best in "The Zeppo". I really like his hair short and when he wears long-sleeved blue sweaters. Faith: I really didn't like any of her looks on "Buffy". I found that dark red lipstick she wore at times kind of tacky. I really liked her on her first appearances on "Angel" though. Giles: I liked the way he looked in the earlier seasons. I found the little vests he wore so cute. Anya: I loved Anya in her wedding dress. Anya could probably get away with wearing anything though. However, I really disliked her hair in that episode where she comes back to the Scoobies and try to make them "wish" things about Xander. When she walks into the coffee shop to see Tara and Willow, I was just like, "Whoa... what happened to your hair?" Dawn: Anything in season seven... Joyce: I loved that dress she wore in the episode where Buffy and Dawn are teasing her about it by telling her to continueously spin around so they can get a good look at it. I also liked Joyce's outfit in "Band Candy" even down to her just popping bubbles with her gum, and rolling her eyes at Snyder. Haha.

Buffy in anything pre-season 6-except for the bangs in "Amends" Willow in Season 6, with the shoulder length layered hair. Xander in Season 5 with the longer hair.

Buffy - I think Buffy pretty much had her shinning moments in every season. I liked her hair and dress in early and late season 2, especially late season 2 when her hair was longer (Becoming part I & II). I liked the longer hair is well in Late S3 (I think she was at her most beautiful in 'The Prom'). Loved the long flowing hair in s4. Loved her haircut in S6, then in late S6 where she was wearing it flipped out on the sides. Loved her hair in late S7 (Get it Done, End of Days, First date, Chosen, etc.)
Willow - I have always adored Willow's nerdy style of the first 3 seasons. Also loved her long hair in the later seasons and think it suits her well.
Xander - His look remained pretty constant over the years.
Giles - Same as Xander. Loved him with the buttoned suits but also in the later seasons when he started to dress more laid back and casual.
Angel - Leather pants anyone? His evil Angelus look was the best!
Dawn - Liked her look in S6 and 7 when she started to look and dress more grown up. Loved her blond highlights in S7.
Anya - Loved how she was always changing her hair and seemed to be able to effortlessly pull off any style and color. I was always partial to her as a brunette though.
Tara - Think she looked great in both seasons 5 and 6.
Joyce - The quintessential mom, thought she always looked nice for the most part. Didn't really care much for her hair and dress in S1, but anything after that, I think she looked great always! The stylists seem to do a good job of not making her look too "momish" while giving her a style and fashion sense all her own. I really liked most of her outfits and it seemed like she always knew how to put herself together.
Cordelia - Never really cared much for her style on Buffy, really. She always seemed like she was dressed too preppy for school.
Wesley - Loved his more rugged look in the later seasons of Angel. Badass and sexy!
Gunn - Loved his lawery look, but also loved his more urban/street look as well. He always looked sexy no matter what!
Fred - Adored her sexy/nerdy style.
Lorne - Loved the crazy/flashy suits that were his signature style! Loved his look in NFA.

Willow I have to say that her hair in S1 was cute, but she definitely looked sexier with the mid-length hair, circa S6. During 'Entropy' I was like , WOW, Alyson's really hot! Tara Hmm, let's see, she DEFINITELY rocked the corset look in OMWF, and her raglan shirts in S4 were very cute. I loved her zigzag part and darkish roots. OH, and 'Restless' with her 'lipstick lesbian' scene.

A few thoughts: Xander totally had it going on in S5 with the bulgy muscles, tight shirts, and a curly shag of hair (complete with sexy Superboy curl on the forehead). This is my favorite Xander. I picture him in S8 getting back to that, what with rocking the Nick Fury. Buffy had great hair in S4. I loved her hair most of the time, especially those little folded ponytail thingies she always did when her hair was long enough. But I loved her hair the most when it was the quintessential Buffy blonde. The honey Slayer in S6 was still sexy, but when the blonde came back in S7, I can't say I didn't dig it for being back. There are moments in S7 when Buffy totally looks like herself a few years earlier (small and lost) (and I think it's done on purpose), and I think the hair is a big part of it. Also... the Buffy in S7 wears a lot of black. The black and the blonde = hot. Also, I am blonde-crazy. Spike - firmly S7. He was crazy but looked great, especially in the beginning with the softened features and mussed hair (makeup dept. did a great job) to go with the new soul. Also, he wore normal clothes, which is kind of a novelty with Spike. Spike =/= normal street clothes. I liked it a lot. Willow - when her hair's long and straight, I like it. I think the highlight of the long, straight Willow hair was S6. That was the year of the Willow hair. Giles - I think he looked the best in S4, but I also like his slightly more Marlboro Man look of S7. Oh, and when he opened the Magic Box in S6, he was really rocking the tweed suits and looking rather dashing.

I totally forgot Xander's hotness in Season 5!! Im gonna change my Xander look to that one. He looked amazing in the blue shirt in 'Family' when he and Buffy are researching

Buffy: Season 2. Her clothes, hair and make-up works(although it's too much make-up sometimes).
In season 1: she looks like a little girl with too much make-up and too short skirts. 3: To cute and fluffy. 4: Meh. It's okay. 5: I have to agree with Spike, it's like it's straight from a hair-commercial. But the outfits are real nice. 6: The eye-liner. Too much eye-liner. The clothes are decent tough, but soemtimes you just see that she was too tired and just through something on. 7: Hate the bangs. The clothes are okay tough.
Willow: Season 5 & 6 I guess. Curly hair and grown up sensual "wicca" clothes. Her outfits are okay in season 7 too, but from what I remember, not so many happy colors. The earlier clothes are... and the too short hair... No.
Xander: Season 5 hair(also, good body). And later season less geeky clothes.
Giles: Any episode without tweed.
Dawn: Season 6. No to the high lights, yes to the cute clothes. Not that the season 8 horse-y look doesn't work, lol.
Spike: Season 7. I've never seen roots work on anyone else. Also, I like the change of outfits. But the hair from The Gift, early season 6 *melting*
Tara: Season 6. Great deep red-ish blonde hair, great clothes.
Anya: Season 4 clothes. Then she started to wear grand-ma clothes to often. The blond straight ahir worked (eww, for hair and outfit in Entropy).
Cordelia: Season 1 on Angel. Then the hair... it's sad, really. The outfits got interesting tough.
Fred: season 5.
Lorne: Always faboulous.
Angel: Season 3 I guess. When he stopped only weraing black. Btw, hated the hair in early season 5.
Gunn: Season 1.
Faith: Season 7. Not too slutty.
Riley: Season 6. Jum.
Drusilla: Love the red dress from Surprise.
Wesley: Season 4. Evil Marlobro man.
