Xander totally had it going on in S5 with the bulgy muscles, tight shirts, and a curly shag of hair (complete with sexy Superboy curl on the forehead).

I totally forgot Xander's hotness in Season 5!! Im gonna change my Xander look to that one. He looked amazing in the blue shirt in 'Family' when he and Buffy are researching :-*

Buffy- I loved Buffy's whole mature look in Season 7, and her hair was lovely and blonde

Willow- I think liked Willow's best in Season 7 as well

Xander- At the beginning of Season 6, I liked the way Xander looked, suddenly he seemed manly

Dawn - In the episode Him, Dawn looked great at The Bronze

Anya - At the very end of Season 6, when she draws attention to her hair:
"I'm blonde, I coloured my hair.....again.....I'm blonde."

Tara - When Tara makes her first appearence in the second half of Season 6, at the Double Meat Palace to meet Buffy, I like that look

Giles - Has Giles ever changed???

Buffy season 5
Xander season 3 I also like speedo Xander.
Willow season 7
Dawn season 7
Spike Bargaining Love his curly hair. Lessons Liked the dark roots. Tough Love Spiral. School hard.
Faith season 7
Cordy season 1 ATS I was so jealous of her clothes and hair in that season. She was beautiful
Angel season 1 BTVS. He was gorgeous in that season. Especially in "Angel"
Wesley season 4 devilishly handsome
Fred season 5 It was nice to see her get flirty with her stlye.
Gunn season 5 with hair
Anya season 5

These are just my picks for when they looked best besides that they're always beautiful people.

The only looks that seem weird to me are Buffy's and Xander's Season 1 haircuts. Buffy's screamed "we have to do something to make this 20-year-old actress look like a high school sophomore," and Xander's was in fact perfectly normal for the mid '90s, but looks very dated now.

Tara: I loved when they had her in jeans. Those skirts were just so drab and boring. Her hair in Hush was really cute

Angel: All of season one. I don't play for the boys side but Angel just looked so mysterious and handsome with his all black clothes and what not.

Willow: Even though I hated her personality in season 7, the look she had in the season seven opener with that jean outfit looked really good. I liked the long hair on her better than the season 5 hair.

Buffy: I loved her season 4 hair color. It seemed blonder than before and shinier. However, I did not like the hot mess she had on her head when they curled her hair.

Willow: Season 7 most deff i love Aly with long hair.

Xander: I liked his season 5 look.

Faith: I loved her in Dirty Girls. She looked awesome.

Dawn: I loved her style in Lessons and in Potential. Both of those hairstyles really suited her.

Anya: I loved her as a blonde! Like at the beginning of season 6.

Cordelia: I liked her season 3 hair. It was good on her.

Spike: I liked his Italian 1950s look in Angel!

Buffy: Season 4 and onward to season 7

Xander: Season 5, 6 and 7

Willow: Season 6 and 7

Tara: Season 5 and 6

Dawn: Season 7

Faith: Her new look for the 3 episodes on Angel and the last 5 episodes on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Cordelia: In Buffy, I liked her look in season 3...in Angel, I liked her look in all seasons she was in, including her guest appearance in season 5
