they pulled out all the stops for the finale (it made me think of Idol Gives Back a little bit) and it was great! plus i'm sooooooo glad DC won! i was expecting Archie to win and was so happy to see Cook win. it finally became a talent competition instead of a popularity contest. it was so sweet when DC was crying too. but Paula needs some medication (crying during George Michael?) i also loved how when Jordin Sparks was singing they showed Blake Lewis in the audience singing along. that was cute. and DA's performance w/OneRepublic was really good as well.
