Just playing around, what if Tony Stark wasn't played by Robert Downey Jr???  But instead, Oded Fehr?  Or even, Matthew Fox?  Any others? |

Iron Man was just wonderful. About 80% of it's greatness comes from the casting of Robert Downey Jr. In my opinion, no other actor is better suited for the role of Tony Stark than RDJr.

Robert Downey Jr. was amazing in Iron Man.
Nobody could have done a better job (except maybe Christopher Walken...just because he is Christopher Walken).

The actor already cast is the best thing about the film. I know he's already been casted... I've never really liked Robert Downey Jr... I almost always see Chaplin which is fine, because I did like Chaplin. But as a Tony Stark... I just had higher hopes. |

I loved the Iron Man & i thought Robert Downey Jr. was brilliant in the role, but everyone has their own opinions  You should definately see the movie TMS. |

Robert Downey Jnr. IS Tony Stark just without the engineering genius or damaged heart lol. I'm just really surprised he wasn't their first choice for the role.
