Did anyone watch Tru Calling when it was on TV? it sucks that it got canceled. it was such an AWESOME show but it only went on for a 1 1/2 seasons, and the ending was HORRIBLE, I mean at least they could have had a series finally.

I really enjoyed it. If anyone cares, SciFi will be airing a Tru Calling marathon on Columbus Day with about 1/3 of the episodes.

i did, i loved the show even though i was like 10 lol, i had a big crush on the actress playing tru and coincidentially, eliza is my fave actress now lol! and i still have the biggest crush on her, shes hotter than any other actress to me

Well, it was on fox so it was boud to be a briliant show with a short run! If it is not a reality show, it will get cancled! That should be Fox's motto!
I really loved Tru Calling and I thought it jsut kept getting better and better! I can't speak for season 2 becuase I have yet to see it. It is not available for rent near me and I am not paying 30 dollars for a 1/2 season!

I enjoyed the show it was something new and different.
I think though she should have gone with Faith the show... it would have lasted longer i think.

I'm getting soo frustrated with Tru Calling now. i just watched Season one and the 'season' 2 again and i really need to know what would have happened.
Does anyone know what would have happened, like why Jack was working for Trus farther and where they would have gone with it. its killing me not knowing. I read some where that what would happen if Jack decided to leave Trus farther and all but thats about it.

I don't know where they would have gone with it but they explained why Jack was working with Tru's dad. Tru's dad was the 'death' side of Tru's mom. He did what Jack does back with Tru's mom was the one with the calling. They explained that either near the end of S1 or in one of the first couple episodes of S2. |

I know what was going to happen. Spoilers:- Harrision at the end of season two was going to re-live a day, he thinks he is to help Tru save people but he is too help keep them dead. Tru got the good power from her mum and Harrision got the bad power from his dad. Jack became Tru's nemesis after being approached by agents of 'evil' during his near-death experience. They offered him a choice: he could either die, or return to Earth to do their bidding. Once he got back, his memories of the encounter were hazy, and he didn't initially understand what was happening when his days started rewinding (at around the time that Tru's did). Jack eventually wound up in an asylum as he thought he was going crazy, which is where Tru's father found him. A future storyline on the show would have dealt with the possible repercussions if Jack ever decided that he no longer wanted to fulfill his end of the bargain with the 'evil' side of the re-living power. Another storyline (which was actually in progress when the show ended) would have dealt with the consequences of Tru's saving someone who hadn't asked for her help. Because that person was either never given the choice to come back, or was and chose not to take it, he would have essentially lost his soul after being saved by Tru, and would then have begun spiralling into increasingly menacing behavior as his humanity faded away and his personality began to disintegrate.    |

The show had promise. But my problem with it was that it was too routine, every episode followed the same pattern. Plus..................Jack pissed me off.

i loved this show the characters were great (Eliza) and it was fun to watch besides sometimes routines a good thing
