They have a thing where you have mcnamara/troy send a personalized invite for a consulation to someones phone.
Sean and Christian will say the name if the name isn't too complciated like mike,kim,james or brett.
If you have a crazy long name then they skip over the name part which makes it less funny.
You can alter it to say that the person needs to have their butt,lips,breasts or something else done.
I sent one to my bf concerning his butt.It was pretty funny.
