Leona who? Oh, the girl that sold almost a million singles then dissappeared off the face of the earth. I don't understand Simon Cowell, he had Shayne Ward last year and did absolutely nothing with him, he had potential to be the UK's answer to Justin T. given the right material. Now it looks like the same will happen to Leona. Either that or he is just concentrating on launching her in the US first which is a little backwards.
I still think that Dione should of won instead of Leona. She had a really good voice, but Simon ripped apart her performance which swayed the public towards the other acts. She made me miss the days when singers had raw soul, and didn't have to appear on a reality show to be noticed
I LOVED Dionne! I voted for her a few weeks. But I agree with what Simon said about her performances. He was right - as much as I liked her - which is why she only lasted 3 weeks. But Leona is recording material in USA right now! Didn't you read - FIVE albums
By the way - Shayne is recoring a second album right now and has been offered 3 modelling jobs for Calvin Klein and 2 others - but is too busy to accept them! He's been quite a hit in places like Sweden LOL!
